Like another comment in here, this Verizon is not a corporate store. We are trying to exchange a phone and replace an iphone that will not work correctly. They bring up the POS exchange webpage on their computer. It states that the site is having problems. This has happened twice within a four day overlap. We have 14 days to make the exchanges. We called Verizon, and they changed some settings on the iphone. It works. So, to exchange the other phone, may take some doing. If their POS website at the store is still down, we will have to call Verizon directly while in the store... Whatever happened to customer satisfaction? This store is making a major corporation look bad... read more

Currently trying to figure out my situation with this store. My family and I swap services from ATT to Verizon using this location. We Trade in 6 IPhones with the $1000 per Trade in Promotion that Verizon had. Now we just realized after never received the credit for the return IPhones that the Rep who work with us make it buy 1 get 1 free "BOGO". Now our phones Disappear with no credit on the phones. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this Store. This is not the way to make business and Represents a BIG COMPANY like Verizon. This Workers are making Verizon looks bad under new Customer eyes. Plus is a Theft Stolen customer equipment and change plans that wasn't discussed with Customer. Manager is not doing he's job or he is part of this Scam. I was here in December and purchased 2 iPhone 12 Pro Max's. I only purchased the second one because the salesman; Jason Merchant, said they were buy one get one free at the time. He informed me that the first bill would be a little higher but that the second device was free. It was not free. It was on my second bill and showed a device payment the same as the first. I tried contacting Jason to figure out what was going on with my bill, but he ignores all calls and text. I would not recommend buying a phone from this place, they are just salesmen trying to make as much money as possible and they do not care about your bill. read more

This is NOT a corporate store. There is a corporate store in Winter Haven that I would highly recommend you go to. Salesperson, Ismari, was incompetent and lied to me. I was trying to get established as a new customer bringing my own device/phone. She told me my phone was not unlocked and that Verizon was the only carrier that had unlocked phones. My phone was NEVER locked by my previous carrier. She could not get the SIM card to work and told me it was because my phone was locked (which was wrong). I went to Winter Haven store who inserted SIM card (a simple reset in the the phone settings) and I was all set. read more

I ordered the series 4 Apple watch on Wednesday and was told by the sales rep named Kimberly Cabrera that my watch would be in today, ( Friday) and was given a receipt. I went over expecting to walk out with my watch and was told that an order was never placed on my account. I was so furious I just left. I called back later and another female answered the phone, did not identify herself. I asked for a fax number or email address so I could fax or email proof of my purchase and was told there was not one. I was also told there was no manager and to contact corporate. When I asked for a phone number or email for corporate she told me they did not have that information. What kind of buisness is this? I DO NOT trust this location anymore and will not be doing business with them ever again. If I were Verizon I would take the name off the building because the are HORRIBLE!!! so unprofessional and do not care about their customers at all! What a great experience! I went to several Verizon's before, but the costumer service here is top notch. I have met several gentlemen here and no matter if it is Joey, AJ, Matt or Cole... these guys know what they are doing! An employee at this store named Kevin Garcia allowed someone to walk into the store with my stolen iPhone 6 Plus and use it as a trade-in for a new phone. My phone was a Verizon phone on the Verizon network. Early on January 18 I called Verizon and had them shut the phone down and told them that it had been lost and stolen, within an hour of me making that phone call from Columbus Ohio, someone walked into the store with my phone and Kevin Garcia allowed them to trade my Verizon phone in at the Verizon store, gave a new phone in its place and allowed the person to transfer the phone from my account to a new account. I have contacted Verizon a dozen times over the past three weeks and they are telling me there isn't much they can do and that this store isn't responsible for the actions of their employee. Verizon, And the corporate owners of this company should be charged with receiving stolen property and fencing because they in turn sold my stolen phone to a company that buys used cell phones. If you have any sense at all you will not do business with Verizon and you will stay as far away from this den of thieves as humanly possible. read more

Worst experience in a Verizon store ever. I understand this is a new store with new employees, but there is no excuse for not listening. Less than an hour before the store closes, I come inside to pay my bill. Only two associates, both with one customer each already (I being the only other customer in the entire store),but assured by both that they'd be right with me. As my visit only required minutes of attention, I assumed I'd be out in no time. After 25 minutes of waiting and no help, I was at my limit and nearly walked out. The man in the store hurried to finally assist me. I had explained I wanted to pay in cash to renew my $60 prepaid plan for another month. I hand him $70, enough to cover the plan and tax, expecting to get change back. Instead he put all my money on my account after specifying that isn't what I was wanting. I was supposed to go across the street and buy envelopes and stamps with the leftover money. After being told that nothing could be done and my money not refunded to me, he walked away as if nothing happened and that it didn't matter. Never been treated like that at a Verizon location. Not a good start for the Auburndale store. Two thumbs down. I'll be calling you in the morning, George Garcia. read more

An employee sold my grandfather (my account) a smartphone and when we tried to return it and him get a basic phone he was told they had to order it because they didn't have it in stock. Finding it odd that was not called to authorize the new phone order I called Verizon corporate only to learn no phone was ever ordered. So when my grandfather went back up today to just return the phone he was told my account had been put on lock by this employee who conveniently was off today. I also was told that they DO in fact have the original phone he wanted in stock. This employee named Miguel is trying to stall the return until after the 14 day return period and that is ridiculous. With the exemption of returning the phone tomorrow when he is supposed to be working we will never patronize this store again. And how is it that an employee can lock MY account to prevent other people from doing anything??? Bad business practices! read more
