I did my research before purchasing and told the sales representative specifically what i wanted was 256gb storage since i already have the storage on my old phone and turns out i got a smaller storage on the new phone. Called next day told me there was nothing they can do about it besides paying restocking fee and getting a new phone. Call Corp they sent me a label to mail phone back and said they store could handle it and i could still get my new phone just have to pay taxes on new device again and they would credit taxes on the wrong phone. Store told me couldn't ship phone off or wave the return fee not mention anything about activation fees on my business account. After reading previous complaints about this location it's amazing how they keep the same staff with poor customer service. I wish i could speak with a district manager because i know there is more than can do for their customers and keeping customer loyalty. Especially when the representative made the mistake and i have to pay for it is clearly ridiculous. At this point i want to cancel all four my lines and pick another provider!!!

It can be a direct reflection of the leadership and training at this T-Mobile store. Or it can be a theory that the staff just doesn't want to do their job correctly. Someone at this branch needs to hold everyone accountable before it spirals down to being closed. And I really hope someone steps up and properly train the staff here. Based on customer experiences, this applies to regional management as well. As a prior customer service specialist for a cell phone, the incompetency at this branch is unsatisfactory.
