He asked her if she knew about the calendars, and if the information recorded was believed to be true and if she had any objections to them. She stated no they were legit. Because they were. He then asked my ex how handy days are there in a year? 365 your honor, was her reply. And so as you stated these calendars are correct, it shows that The father has 286 documented overnights with his daughter. 286 overnights and has been paying 800.00 a month in child support? My daughter, to go and come as she feels fit, no friend of the court, no involvement from anyone other than myself and my ex. The gavel went down and he proclaimed, Done! My daughter is now 26, and the relationship we have is second to none.
