24 Hour Process

24 Hour Process is hands down the best. I had a last minute court hearing yesterday and was feeling…read morecompletely overwhelmed, but they stepped in and saved the day for me and my daughter. One of the things that really stands out is their team because they have members who speak various languages. In this modern world, having a bilingual team is absolutely key. I specifically needed someone who speaks Spanish because my fifteen year old daughter was not able to break down some of the complicated information for me. The services are very fairly priced, and the value you get for your money is truly incredible because they do so much more than just process service. They guided us through the entire court system with so much care. Although the owner is not an attorney, he was able to connect me with a lawyer while also guiding me to the specific departments in the courthouse that could assist me as a pro se litigant. You can tell he has been in this field for a long time because he is incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful. I am so grateful for the help, and I will definitely be sending more people his way. Thank you, Marlene

I haven't left a review for any businesses in a very long time, but this review is long overdue. I…read morecan't rave enough about the service and professionalism from Jean. I needed to have someone served in a very short period of time and am from a different state. As you can imagine, if someone is actively avoiding being served, they will be difficult to serve. I had just gotten my case approved and knew that the defendant I was trying to have served would only be in town for a short period of time, so I looked up process servers who would be able to serve him within the week. I was about to choose one I found through an app, but saw that they had a bad review and named 24 Hour Process as the other business they ended up having to use, after the other one did not deliver. I spoke with Jean and explained my predicament. It was Thanksgiving week, and Jean stated they could serve in Collier County and there would be a rush fee, but it could be done. I was anticipating that the defendant would be served in a few days, or at the worst, not at all. To my surprise, he was served the very next evening. Jean delivered on everything he said he would, and I highly recommend this business. I can't stop gushing about the service. If you're trying to find a good process server, this is who you want to use. I'm not sure how their price compares to others, but if you've got a solid case, the fee will be reimbursed when you win. Good luck!

Update!!! Not shocked to say still a ONE STAR review. Today I got a phone call (he called me twice…read moreafter I hung up on him) from the owner D. Epstein! I thought he would be apologetic about the phone call Saturday and try to rectify it but no! He was talking so fast I didn't know who he was because he was angry and yelling at me. I had to yell at him to tell him to slow down and say who he is. He told me to calm down and he'll tell me one more time that I better take down the bad review that I posted Saturday. Threatening me!! I figured out who he was when he said that and I said "oh you're the one from the phone call the other night"! So I told him "yes I wrote it because that phone call was rude". He then proceeded to say "oh you want to play"? So I said "yea I'll play and told him to F off" and hung up the phone. He called me again I didn't answer. What a stalker that threatens people over a bad review. Maybe learn some customer service, phone etiquette and bedside manners lol and you won't get a bad review. I blocked him and got a police report. Be careful who you try to come for D.E. You got the right one. This is Miami and I'm definitely from Miami. I'm not going to play with you.

The owner of this company entered my home, accepted a $425. deposit, cashed the check, and failed…read moreto deliver my order. This company is so horrible that after swindling me and countless others out of their monies they ultimately relocated to Pompano Beach, FL (their current location) from Fort Lauderdale, FL (location at the time I requested their services). I filed a complaint with the BBB and attempted to file a lawsuit and when the process server was unable to locate company (due to address location being vacant) is when I learned that this business had simply disappeared. However, as fate willed it, I was a resident of the Pompano Beach area when this company simply stole my deposit monies and failed to provide the service or to return my deposit funds, I inadvertently passed by the new location and [New] business name of A. Artistic Glass & Mirror (originally named Artistic Glass & Mirror). I took the owner to small claims court and the judge reamed him out for his no show attempt & then the motion he filed when he learned the judge had awarded me well over $600 to be returned. His motion was granted and he received the riot-act from the judge (meaning he was told off & lectured for his poor business practices) and then he was ordered to pay me the $600. He kept saying that he couldn't afford it but the judge wouldn't hear of it. As I later walked to my car leaving the court, as fate would have it, we were parked next to each other. (He practically ran me over) and I couldn't believe that a so-called businessman that cannot afford $600 (as well as the actual $425 that he stole from me) was driving behind the wheel of an Escalade truck. Really??? I would steer clear of this company. I don't think it's worth the risk of paying your monies only to later discover that your product or your funds will not be rendered. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!! Btw, to this date, the company HAS NOT made any attempts to pay the $600 ordered to pay by the judge or even the $425 deposit I paid to them. After delving into further research, I discovered that he merely took extreme measures to move the business name & other items from his name (as owner) to his mother's name. SMH!!!
