Execution was perfect, window was ordered to specs and installed in one day. Replacement trim was carefully thought out, primed and ready to paint. This project was bid correctly and cost exactly as promised. These guys are very detail oriented, keep job-site neat and cleanup immaculate. Reiner Construction is not least expensive but quality of workmanship is worth it, no surprises and highly dependable. Thank you Jake...Ed and Erik. Well done!

From day one Jake / Ed and their crew were professional courteous and honest. Even though I…read moreprovided blue prints to them Jake insisted on coming out to the property to look at the scope of the project so that he could give me the best estimate of the time cost and resources the job would require. Weather was not on our side throughout the project but his crew labored on, despite the sometimes horrible conditions the crew was always polite and in good spirits. Despite the delays caused by mother nature and the extra time the job took because of them the price of the job didn't change. Daily Jake explained to me what was going on, showed me the progress and explained to me what they were doing and why, I was happy they didn't cut corners and made an extra effort to give me the best work / product possible. They were also extremely conservative with materials, making sure to minimize waste and thus minimize cost, something I haven't seen from contractors I've worked with in the past. In the end I felt like Reiner Construction built my home like they were building it for one of their own family members, the quality, attention to detail and experience was unmatched. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be hiring them again in the spring for my next project their work and work ethic is completely inline with their pricing, they weren't the cheapest bid I got on the job, but I am certain I would not have gotten the quality and peace of mind had I not gone with them. You get what you pay for, and in this case I couldn't be happier.

Larry warned us that the job on our family room fireplace was going to be a big project that would be quite messy. On the first day of the project, Larry spent a long time putting floor to ceiling tarps up and covering our newly refinished hardwood floors to minimize damage/dust. We have hired countless amounts of contractors and Larry was the most considerate as far as treating our home with respect. His crew was professional and incredibly knowledgeable about what they were doing. We would hire LSM Masonry again in a heartbeat.

Tom (Tomasz) is truly exceptional at what he does; he's meticulous, skilled, and trustworthy…read more We had a major issue after another contractor attempted to raise three door headers (two French doors and one bi-fold), which required removing and rebuilding drywall. The previous work was a disaster: crooked walls with up to 1/2" deviation, uneven drywall joints and bumps, massive gaps, badly seated doors, trim installed incorrectly, and doors aligned to the uneven floors instead of set at 90 degrees. We genuinely thought the whole project was unfixable. From the moment Tomasz walked in to give a quote, he immediately understood what needed to be redone, unlike others who seemed unsure. He rebuilt our walls properly, fixed the corners, re-drywalled everything cleanly, recut and reinstalled the trim, rehung all the doors correctly, and even custom-cut one door to create a perfectly even gap despite our uneven floors. His attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship are outstanding. We would recommend Tom again and again. If you need someone who truly knows construction and takes pride in their work, he's the person to call.

We were building a custom home, which looking back on it now, having lost years off my life, I…read moremaybe should have rethunk (entirely aware that that word lacks existence in the Oxford English Dictionary) the fact that I may not have as many years as I'd like with my grandchildren. But, I digress. First, we had an amazing builder (You're an idiot of you don't have this dude build your house--Keith DuShane/V2 Construction) who was more than willing to honor our request of staying local. I walked into Exceed, met by a very professional staff, who by the end of the project, I now consider friends. I feel sorry for them on that account, but they seem cool with it. Bonnie Cosman is truly awesome to work with, along with Katelyn, and of course Haig and Hawley, the owners. Exceed was there for us every step of the way. They did our, tile, counter tops, hardwood flooring, carpeting, and cabinetry and the coolest master bath sink ever. (Something Haig found on my behalf when he saw my Houzz idea books). Their tile guy is, in the ever-lasting timeless catch phrase that defines my youth and resonates with me on a daily basis, "Too Legit to Quit." Be's ballsout crazy talented. And their wood flooring guy--holy hells bells that guy was sent to Earth to perform for us mere mortals, having been blessed by the God's of Woodworking. His name is Toby. Did I call him Toby Keith behind his back because I have no idea what his last name is? Definitely. Yet, he holds no likeness physically nor social/emotionally to a redneck country singer who may have coined the term 'merica.' But, I digress. I have very specific tastes and ANY idea I came in with regardless if how unhinged it was...Haig's response was. "We'll see if we can make it work. Let me do some research." Some of my ideas didn't pan out because, well, they were ridiculous and I'm sure the staff thought I should have been sent up river to live a lonely life with a pack of wolves, however, they held their tongues on that one, but, I digress. The staff always gave me alternatives and I ended up with a kick ass house and I got to work with kick ass people. Thank God they never actually kicked my ass, although, I'm sure it may have been on their "to-do in my head" list. I appreciated their honesty about their products, as well. The original selection I had for kitchen flooring was batshit expensive, unbeknownst to us, and when the pricing came back...holy balls! (Ya know, if balls were holy). However, they were honest (not the balls...Exceed. Mind out of gutter, folks!) and didn't gloss it over. Haig was equally floored (no pun intended. I'm not great with puns.)at the price and advised me in a different direction...a way to get the same look but with a different product. Each time I came in, they had ALL samples ready in organized piles on their design table, split up by rooms, so I knew exactly what everything looked like. I stayed past closing on many nights, no complaint on their end. There was one snafu about our kids' bathroom, which, honestly, was a communication issue on both of our ends. They tried to meet me half way and we came to a reasonable conclusion. Problem friggin' solved. Exceed and our builder seemed to work well together as well. And they were available to us ANYTIME!
