First thing I want to do is show the character of his installers. Our family helped tear up all the carpet and pads up and put them on a trailer. To help the installers out we decided to just take them to the landfill ourselves so they did not have to handle this. When we pulled up to the dumping station two young men came up and said let us help you. We are older people and was impressed by their generosity. Come to find out they worked at C.arpet Direct. Thank you Corey and Neco. I hope I spelled your names correctly. When the installers came, Luke and Paul, they were more than helpful to make sure that any concerns I had they would address. They are very polite and professional in everyway. Beautiful jobs done on my floors and I highly recommend them and thank all the employees and Rick again for their professionalism. Thought it was good to go but a month or two later, same issue. Carpet Direct came back and replaced the whole carpet. This was again excellent service! Highly recommend them for flooring and will use them again if we replace any other flooring!

I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. I had 4 quotes total and these guys had the best price by far and they were rated highly on YELP. So I gave them the order. The workers worked neatly and efficiently. When i inspected the work after they left for the day, I found 3 minor issues to be fixed. I took pictures of them and sent them to the saleslady, Malak. The workers came back the next day and repaired them to my satisfaction. I wanted to rearrange some of the furniture and the workers were happy to so. As a result, less than three years later, every transition piece has popped and the hallway is buckling. No need to talk to the owner since he was rude and dismissive of me when I made my final payment. My three bedrooms were done by Joe's carpet service (Taylor MI), very professional and fixed my transition pieces. Sadly, I now have to pay to fix my buckled hallway.

Installation was completed and Jose and his crew did a horrible job. The floor is unlevel, the vinyl tiles are popping, corners are sharp and cutting my kids feet. The job needed to be redone from start to finish. They sent Jesse out to fix the job, he did an amazing job fixing a lot of the popping and sharp pieces. However, he was not able to level the floor since the job was done incorrectly and needed a complete redo. I requested multiple times for Bill to come out and see the job for himself and since Jesse "fixed" the job they are no longer responding to me. We paid $5000 for a floor that must be completely redone. I absolutely would not recommend this company but if you do use them, only let Jesse and his crew work on your job.
