Disorganized, and novice staff who do not care about members. Not in par with the other two locations.

The customer service is outstanding; the staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. One of my favorite parts is the beautiful mountain views while working out--it makes the experience even better and more motivating. Plus, having 24/7 access is a game changer. No matter what time I go, there's no waiting for equipment, and I can get my workout in on my schedule. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed gym!

I have a health condition that causes my blood sugars to drop really low(especially while training)so I always have food packed! One day I asked Logan if I could eat on the table, he respectfully declined and said I could eat on the bench in the background of this picture. So I did! No problem. A week later I was working out for about an hour before I started going hypoglycemic. I felt like fainting. So I sat down on that same bench and ate my food to stabilize my blood sugars. Logan rudely interrupts and proceeds to tell me I can no longer eat on the bench (that he previously gave me permission to) that's completely separated with a wall partition from the rest of the gym. He tried kicking me out for eating a meal! This is discriminatory behavior and should not be tolerated! I contacted corporate because the way he escalated the situation was completely unnecessary. There's no need to kick me out of my own gym when I could barely walk. It seems like Logan is abusing his staff power instead of taking care of his members. I should've been asked if I was feeling ok instead of being asked to leave. I'm terminating my membership as soon as the 2 year commitment expires.

I was definitely reluctant at first I've always worked out on my own and wasn't sure if this would be a beginner focused gym. But I decided to give it a shot. From the very first day, I was welcomed so kindly. Women introduced themselves, helped me when I was unsure of what was going on, and made me feel right at home. What I love most is that while we're all doing the same workout, everyone lifts weights that feel right for them no pressure, just support. I especially appreciate that the workouts rely on free weights instead of machines, which makes it easy to replicate at home if needed. The workouts are both challenging and realistic, and the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable. They're always walking around checking form, offering encouragement, and even pushing you to go heavier when they know you can handle it. But truly, the best part of this gym is the women. We come from all different walks of life, but we share the same goal: to be healthy and strong. We cheer each other on, laugh together, complain about our aches and pains and if someone's missing for a week, you better believe someone's checking in. It's more than a gym. It's a sweaty, supportive, empowering family that I look forward to seeing every day! Highlights - You book/pay all your classes online - Women only gym - Personal training - Nutritionist available - Physical Therapy available - Free weights - Kickboxing - Lots of parking space

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Since I booked through ClassPass, I just had to show my ID and sign in. I was directed to where the women's locker room was as well as where the class would take place. Since I was there early, I sat in the sauna for a bit to warm my body. It was very clean and the perfect temperature. The studio itself was fantastic and the aerial silks were placed just the right distance for us to swing. The teacher was amazing and was great at giving instruction and coming around to help us get into each pose and ensure we were doing them properly. I felt really stretched out after and left feeling like I got a great workout! I am so glad to see a gym offer aerial classes and cannot wait to return again!

The love, care, and genuine attention they gave her every single day went far beyond what we ever imagined in a daycare. Simonyan Family Child Care didn't just watch over our child. They nurtured her, taught her, and helped her grow in so many beautiful ways. We saw her thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally, and we always felt at ease knowing she was in the best hands possible. Their patience, structure, and warmth gave us the peace of mind every parent hopes for when entrusting someone else with their child. We are forever grateful for the impact they've had on our daughter's early years. Saying goodbye was so emotional because this place was more than a daycare. It was a second home. To any parent looking for a child care provider they can trust completely, Simonyan Family Child Care is a gift. We truly believe they are the best of the best. They work with them academically and help them learn how to do science experiments and baking. My 4 year old twins know basic addition because of Sose, and they love going so much that sometimes they even don't want to leave at pick up. I feel so comfortable with having my boys there. They have a second mom and I feel so grateful to have that village out here. They've been going to her for so long I don't know what her current rate is, but whatever it is, if I had another, I would happily pay it because she, Karoline, Armine, and Gayane are WORTH IT! I can't recommend this daycare highly enough. Check them out. Sose knows what she's doing and she has helped me raise wonderful, sweet, intelligent little boys, and I know I'm not the only one with kids there who thinks that.
