When we called and left a message for further follow-up, no one called back for several days. Never go here, they won't treat you right, and if anything happens, they don't have time for you. Dr. Leon Smith performed it for me and it was not painful at all. Dr. Smith is very confident with the procedure which made us very comfortable about doing it. The results were all positive and overall the communication and receptionists have been timely and great. Never charged extra with my physical by my previous doctor, but now new doctor and Summit charged me additional office visit ($188), not covered by my insurance co. nor was I told they would be charging me extra. Summit said thats the way we bill and because Dr. Russo discussed my health. Its a physical!!! Are you not allow to discuss medications? What a money grab!! Heard Dr. Russo through the walls chatting a lot with other patients, guess they are going to be double billed too! Stay away from any Summit Health doctors, or inquire about billing upfront.
