This review is for Dianna Stevens Alone…read more In my opinion: She was the Laziest Realtor I ever had the displeasure of trying to work with. This review is not intended to reflect on Camp Verde Realty as a whole. Other people's experiences may vary. Dianna had listed a low priced property without full details, requiring further inquiry. Because the potential buyer was out of state, Dianna was asked to take a few more pictures and give specific information about her listing, so potential buyer could do their due-diligence. Dianna did not. She also didn't respond after an initial email and a call for the requested important information after 2-3 days (a lifetime in real estate), so the potential Buyer moved on and began looking elsewhere at that point. A few days later, Dianna calls the potential buyer and informs that the seller has accepted an offer, but that she could put the potential Buyer (me) in as a back-up offer. At that time I again tried to acquire the information I needed and didn't get it then either (because I assume in Dianna's mind, she had already sold it.) Fair enough Dianna. So I moved on again. Then... a few days after THAT call, Dianna calls me, (in a panic) and asks me if I was accepted into the Park? I said: "What do you mean? Why would I apply to live in the park (the home was located in a mobile home park), if you said you sold the property?" She tells me that the sale fell through, and that several applications of potential buyers were also turned down. So my question for Dianna is this (and it's rhetorical): Why would I fill out a $ 45.00 application to live in the mobile home park which housed the home I wanted, when the home was already sold? I wouldn't. But in Dianna's mind, when it fell through at the last second? I presume she tried to hustle to get previous potential buyers to buy it, and save her "sale". She didn't care that she had never given me the info. I needed about the property. It was all about her. Yet, that wasn't the end of it though. As anyone who has wanted a property listed with an agent, you have to put up with the agent to get the property!! So... Once the place went back on the market? I got back on it and started setting up an inspector to look at the property and called Dianna that day to make arrangements to have the property opened up for the inspection, and to tell her I would confirm a cash offer pending my inspection. And guess what? Once again, Dianna wasn't interested in my offer, because she already HAD her "New" offer!! And on this call, she let me know that she had done so much for me with the property (HOW? ) and that without a commitment from me (as in AS-IS offer, sight unseen--no inspection etc.)? She wasn't able to work with me. WOW! Well... At that point, I told her that from the get-go she never gave me the info. I requested (which any reliable agent would give a client) and I told her that she was a very lazy real estate agent and I hung up. I guess she didn't like that, because, she kept calling me back to try to give me a piece of her mind! I never picked up--its over. But Hours later, I listened to my messages, and that's why I've decided to post this review. She actually said in her message, that she wouldn't take an offer from me regardless. Really Dianna? Well... You didn't have ANY problem leaving me your message. So, I don't have any problem leaving this review. Here's Real Estate101 for you: FYI: "Legally" you WOULD be required to present my offer. Article 1, Standard of Practice 1-6 and Article 1, Standard of Practice 1-7. Glad I never gave you a sale. I consider you to be someone who doesn't even have the wherewithal to see how obvious your selfish intentions are or how poor your professionalism is. Total Disgrace.

We had to ask several times for open houses, which were never initiated on their end which was disheartening. We had to ask a few times to have AI furniture edited in for the pictures. Communication was very poor. There were several instances where several days up to a week would go by without a response, including Realtor going on vacation and not telling us until after the fact. We live two hours away from the house. Upon visiting the house it was dusty with bugs inside and out alongside cobwebs by the door sweep. There was a stain on the fridge from the calcium from a leak by the ice machine (fridge is brand new) that we were told approximately three weeks prior the realtor would clean up for us, which we can safely assume he did not because the stain was exactly the same as the initial picture that realtor showed us . It is very disappointing because we had a potential buyer look at the house that exact day. Just very disappointed, I understand a realtor is not meant to clean your house but some communication about the condition consider considering you live two hours away would have been nice and maybe something they should do for future clients, it's a small details that can make or break selling a house now, and it could've been a simple as hiring someone to clean the inside to make it look more sparkling before a showing.

The Foothills team in Cottonwood is the best property management company I have ever worked with…read more They deserve more than 5 stars for what they did to help us. We were planning our move from Minnesota to Arizona. I was in Arizona finding a place to live, and my husband was in Minnesota making last minute arrangements on that end. Our family had very tight deadlines to make this challenging relocation across country. During my house hunt in AZ, I found a nice home through an ad. We held a firm agreement with a private party. However, the day I was set to sign our 12 month lease, I received a text from them saying they decided they didn't want to rent out their property right now after all. "Good luck in your search," the text read. Feeling shocked and ready to cry, knowing I had only two hours before the office closed, I landed on the doorstep of Foothills in Cottonwood. During the span of the next two hours and 15 minutes, we scoured through three pages of long term listings, narrowed down options, and viewed three properties. When I stepped in the door of the last one, I immediately knew it was perfect. It's now our home, and we love it! Everyone at Foothills in Cottonwood, from the gal at the front desk to the person who briefly heard my dilemma from a side office, was kind, warm, and caring. Heather worked with me from afar as we finished packing our Minnesota home. She is a person with heart. Heather understands excellent customer service. One day she stayed after hours to ensure I had received an email she'd sent earlier that day. I was busy and hadn't checked my inbox. I wasn't expecting a call after 7:00pm Minnesota time. Without a firm lease, Heather knew I still had no home. That is why she stayed in her office to be sure the terms of the lease were agreeable to us. The documents were e-signed and we were able to negotiate prorated dates to accomodate last minute changing circumstances. I cannot count the number of phone calls, texts, and emails between us, but Heather got the job done when I needed her to be proactive. The entire Cottonwood team is diligent, caring, and kind. I would recommend these professional and personable agents to anyone looking for a great place to call home.
