Then I went to work for MAC cosmetics for 10 years and got a ton of free swag so I stopped coming. My niece has since inherited a majority of my collection. They also carry perfumes as well as several other makeup and skincare lines. Now that I'm older, I'm using "old lady" foundation (as my niece calls it) from Estee Lauder that costs more than what I want to spend. Little bish, you wished you looked like this "old lady" when you turn my age. But I digress. I completely forgot they carried my Double Wear so you better believe I stocked up on my shade while I was there. It usually runs $42 before tax and I only paid around $36 with tax. Service was ok.They could stand to be a bit friendlier but honestly, I just wanted my discounted foundation so that wasn't a real issue. I mentioned to the girl at the register that I was thrilled to save $8 off compared to buying it at Nordstrom and she goes "Right? People think we're still overpriced so I'm glad to hear that." Today I…read morecall in asking if they have finger wave clamps available and the very rude guy who answers the phone AUTOMATICALLY says no and shuts it all down before I could ask my next question! I then try to explain what it is and he continues to say no repeatedly. So I ask him if he knows what the product I'm talking about is and he says "no" so carefree! He didn't know what I was talking about and didn't care to look for product and I'm 80% sure finger wave clamps ARE sold there! This child just told me to come in person so he didn't have to do any work I assume. He then hung up on me while I was still talking. how is this allowed?!? I cannot believe someone so immature and nonchalant about their job can fool a perfectly great sales manager who DOES give a damn about the sales in his store!
