We had a small Denver lot with a ton of concrete and wanted to get some ideas to make a real adult backyard (and some kid friendly space) and do a total make over of our backyard. We had first contact Andrew in February and after a walk through consultation we knew he would work great with what we were looking for. After going over a few more must haves and like to haves, Andrew came back with a couple plan options for the yard. We really hit it at the right time and were able to get the deck, gazebo, walk ways and patios in right away with the quality and craftsmanship we wanted. Now the hard part was waiting for planting time and the unreliable Coloado spring; after a couple snow storms he quickly got us on the schedule to plant. The final part of the project only took a day and we were extremely happy with the final yard. Andrew listens, communicates and has a great team he works with. They cleared overgrown bushes and trees, worked with me on the edging design of my lawn and assisted me in creating an area for my dogs. The best materials were brought in to amend my soil via rototilling before laying the new, gorgeous 4-way Kentucky Bluegrass blend sod. Andrew pays attention to detail to ensure that the sod was carefully placed, that sprinkler heads were functioning properly to ensure the best water coverage and that the lawn looked absolutely perfect.
