Terrible customer service from the Mt. Dora office…read more My old policy, which they sold me, is not renewing. I don't know why. But that is not the issue. They told me 3 months ago that they would be getting quotes for a policy to replace the one not renewing. But that they would start working on it 1 month before the expiration date. They then send me an email 1 month ago saying that they were working on getting quotes. Now 3 days before the old policy expires, I have not heard from them. I have left voice messages and emails. It is impossible to get a live person on the phone with them and they are not responding to voice mail or email. I did not pursue other options because you told me they were working on it.

Then I get involved in a hit and run. they come out look at my car get an estimate of 1295 only get a check for 1119 and they tell me the estimate says 1119 well mine is a whole different copy and have no idea where I'm getting my numbers from then they don't want to pay Jenkins collison center to paint my whole bumper only the part that got scratched. also they wanted to get me a used door from a junkyard so Jenkins got me a brand new door for my car from Toyota and direct don't want to pay for the seals either this place is so full of sh** and a headache I pay you every month 212 and get the run around and no good service like a deserve I will be leaving this company after 6 years what a horrible experience and I feel bad for Jenkins because they are eating 800 dollars because direct don't want to pay to fix my car the right way they want it to be bootleg STAY AWAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT I PROMISE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have NEVER in my life call Roadside Assistance and it takes them for you having to call customer…read moreservice AFTER it clearly says they will contact you! Well they didn't. I put in a request and I had to call me 25 mins after the request and apparently the request goes to a supervisor who has to approve the Unlock. But I don't approve my money missing every month. But still then no one called me to confirm they were on their way. So this has been and hour by now. I make another request for roadside assistance they tell me that my vehicle will have to be towed. For what to unlock my car because my keys were inside?? What? I called Roadside Assistance at 10:43 pm they showed up at 12:51 am!!! I will be definitely looking for other insurance
