I purchased a vehicle from them in 02/2024, i did not want this on my credit because i had 2…read morevehicles financed already with Patterson and was soon to buy a house. I was told this is buy here pay here. Later i found out there are multiple GPS trackers on your vehicle as well as a don't start deterrent that prevents your car from driving or starting if they choose. I was on autopay for $346 every other week and i made such without ever being late. on 09/13/24 my vehicle was repossessed for not having enough insurance on it. i called and spoke to Britney in Texarkana and she said we can work this out just make your payment and we'll get this fixed. I did just that. Monday i was told i cannot get my vehicle back unless i paid it in full. Now i have a repossession on my credit that show double the amount financed (56,000) of a 24,000 truck. And as i drive by the dealer today i see the vehicle all cleaned up and ready to be resold for the price i initially purchased it for. I looked this up and its suppose to go to auction and anything over is paid to me and anything under Autosmart can sue me for. I've reached out to these people and Lucas Ponder who is the Ceo i believe and no one will return my call. I've filed with the BBB and DPS on finding a solution. Now my credit is tarnished and this company does not tell anyone the truth or be up front. Their response is, its in the paperwork you sign. Anyone reading this know the amount of paperwork you sign when you get a vehicle. This was never explained to me about any GPS tracking, that it would be placed on my credit and that these proceedings would take place. I urge anyone reading this to stray away from Autosmart and Patterson, who is the owners of this. I'm seeking my credit to be deleted from this and willing to do all that is neccessary to make sure of such in court. Good luck and please never buy anything from these people.

Within that first year, I dealt with major mechanical failures, including transmission issues followed by a head gasket failure. What was supposed to be a reliable vehicle ended up costing me over $17,000 out of pocket. At the time, I was a young mom, going to college and working a full-time job. I trusted that I was being sold a dependable car. Instead, I was left with constant breakdowns, massive repair bills, and an unbelievable amount of stress. What makes this worse is that over a year later, after everything that happened, I was contacted by this dealership asking if I wanted to buy another vehicle. That alone shows a complete lack of accountability or concern for what I went through. An apology does not change the fact that I was taken advantage of and sold a faulty vehicle. Terrible service Department experience for the third time!…read moreWill not be back! Spent 90 minutes waiting on my truck's oil change this morning and when I finally got it back, it was a quart low on oil. This is the third time that this has happened. The first two times was with the previous service manager, so I had high hopes with the new service manager. S But same story, different day. Everyone should be aware and check your oil before leaving! On top of that, they were trying to charge me $26 more than the normal amount I've been paying for the last several trips there. Do yourself a favor and find another place to get your vehicle serviced. Trust me on this. I'm also posting a picture of my dipstick showing the low oil as well as the mess they left under the hood. Too lazy to even wipe the oil they spilled. Also included a picture showing they did not put a new oil change sticker on my windshield. You would think that would be included for the extra $26!
