As you can imagine that is not a good thing when you are needed to be reliable and you can't come in! My doctor gave me muscle relaxers. The Emergency Room gave me injections. I tried staying in bed off my feet. I tried praying for relief from the muscle spasms. After seeing Chris Frost on and off for ten plus years for occasional and recurring lower back pain…read morewhich Chris was able to mitigate shortly after every visit, I somehow for the first time in my life developed Plantar Fasciitis on my right foot and at a random visit I mentioned this to him during one of my back pain episodes. The pain got worst over a one year period. I have cement floors in half my house. Chris advice was to never walk bare-footed from the moment of waking up to the time I went to bed. Well after following his advice the pain slowly ebbed over a six month period and I am now totally pain free and the only cost was a pair of in house slippers with good support. I'd give Chris 5 stars and recommend him to everyone.
