From the minute I called to when I showed up to my appointment and left, they were very nice. I don't think I've had customer service like that in a while. Lauren was my dental hygienist and she was very sweet. She made me feel comfortable from the start and did one of the best cleanings I think I've ever had. I believe I told my husband about 10 times now on how good she was. The dentist was just as nice as his staff. I don't think I have ever talked so good about a place before. As a client, I know what's going on BEFORE any procedures occur. My husband and I have been very satisfied with her work and business ethics. We had to leave her practice in the past because of insurance coverage, but were able to come back to her after we found an insurance that included her in their plan. They do an excellent job at Working with children. They teach them in a way that ensures they understand. My daughter knows that she must always brush and floss her teeth or she might get a cavity and the she won't receive her "certificate."
