Where upon entering it was three people present. There were about 6 staff members. Not sure if this was a sign being it's mid day Saturday. They had one television in the lobby turned to Cooking channel with a sound system music playing for 80's rock on top of the tv volume. They have several colors to choose from with various nail polishes. They have a menu of items offered with prices. Staff were very direct and to the point. This isn't a spa or welcoming place. You will not receive water or refreshments while you get a service. They speak their native language which is okay, but when they are pointing at people followed by laughter and appear to be talking about customers by body language it's rude. The technician painted my toes and skin around my toes where the job looked not quite fully professional. They seemed sanitary pertaining to equipment used. This is something I check for. They have one restroom on the back and it was clean. Unfortunately, I won't be back and do not recommend.

The owner's husband has a very sarcastic sense of humor, which was funny at first, and then got old very quickly, he kept saying he was going to charge us more for everything. Long story short we will never be back. He cut my husband's toes with a block file, so much so that he was bleeding. He did not immediately put antiseptic on it and kept on doing the pedicure. Needless to say, we have been treating it with hydrogen peroxide and Neosporin ever since. My husband is in a lot of pain can barely put his shoes on. Never never never again. I never expect anything for free, but some compensation for causing an injury would have been appropriate.

One was wrapping up, but the remaining two were just getting started & there was only two workers. I should have listened to my instincts then and left; however, I've gone to Alex at two different salons & liked his work, so I stayed. I waited 35+ mins for them to wrap up and call me to a chair. Originally I signed up for to have both my nails and feet done but since I waited 35+ mins (EVEN THOUGH I CALLED PRIOR TO COMING) I no longer wanted my nails done. Get the pedicure and it is TRASH, horrendous. There is polish everywhere BUT on the actual nail beds. I told Alex that I didn't have time for them to fix it then bc I needed to get back to work. I called back up there when I got back home/work to see if Alex could fix the mess of a pedicure today once I was off. NOW Alex knows how to say he's "busy." He told me he's busy at 6 PM after stuttering around for a 1 min or so and it sounded like he had the damn audacity to have an attitude. Nah. Don't waste your time or money here. First and LAST time here.

I only got a pedicure which should have came out to $40-$45(per the menu) I believe. The place I went to before this many times had full pedicure with gel for $35. I didn't think anything of it and figured gel was included and if not they'd let me know. Well it wasn't included and they put gel on me and then at check out asked for $65. I asked why it was so much more and they said well gel is an up-charge, I asked why was I not told or asked if that was ok. The response was well we figured you wanted gel and just put it on. I said it would have been fine if asked but this felt like they just did it to up-charge me more. I was expecting $45 not $65 and that's a huge jump with no explanation. They said they could give me $5 off or take it completely off and repaint with regular gel. Which in the end would be wasting more product and time. I would NOT go here again only because they're not transparent at all and were rude when called out about it. It's not hard to communicate and they failed to do so, be sure if you try them you ask them about everything they do.
