My experience with Kara and Carlos was extremely disappointing. On September 16, when I first followed up, Carlos informed me that a process server had been terminated, causing additional delays. I repeatedly had to chase the company for updates. Despite asking for clear communication by email, they repeatedly pushed for phone calls. Kara and Carlos often seemed out of sync, and during calls, Carlos sometimes had to call Kara to clarify information. This lack of coordination made an already stressful process unnecessarily frustrating. On September 29, Kara acknowledged delays in providing updates and explained that the company had experienced issues with its update system. That same day, I requested documentation of the service attempts, including dates and times. Kara explicitly promised a return of service or non-service detailing those attempts, but I never received the promised documentation. On October 1, I was told the address appeared to be an Airbnb and that the occupant did not know the person I was trying to serve. Another process server subsequently located the apartment associated with him and completed service at the residence on October 2. Most importantly, on October 5, after I requested a refund, Kara explicitly agreed in writing to return my $85 and asked me to provide my Zelle information. I provided it on October 6 and followed up again on October 8 because the refund had not arrived. As of October 11, I still have not received it. I understand that service attempts are not always successful. My complaint is about the company's disorganized communication, lack of transparency, failure to provide promised documentation, and failure to follow through on an expressly agreed-upon refund. I would not recommend this company. Prospective customers should ensure that service expectations, communication procedures, documentation, and refund terms are clearly established in writing before paying.

It was through the various complaints that I found that if a client was overbilled and called in it, Laurence( Larry) would belittle and threaten the cliemts with lawsuits over the overbilling issue. They are also getting sued in NY for overbilling a client.
