Not saying go out and break the law, ok now that we've said the obvious. But if you do, and you get caught (hopefully not) please call Ty Trayner's office 1st. Even before you call a bondsman. Unless you cash bail, which is always best. When you get your phone call in booking, make 1st call to his office. Remember (813)-229-1912. I wasn't exactly the law abiding citizen in my mid 20's. 99% of charges were possession of marijuana, quite a few times, and mostly felonies. Now I did do some county time here and there, BUT no state time. In other words, I didn't make it to prison. Should have, but Ty Trayner worked his magic on 99% of all my cases. The 1 time I used someone that was cheaper and almost got 10 years. I actually told the judge I wasn't being properly represented by my attorney and talked to the judge myself and convinced him to reinstate my probation. Now that you've heard one of 19 cases, please don't forget that number. 813-229-1912. 813-229-1912 813-229-1912 Thanks for everything you did for me Ty. I really appreciate everything. You truly changed my life for the better and treated me like a Friend.

After a great deal of research, we chose Florida Ticket Firm to fight this ticket. . They were the most professional, available, and transparent of the agencies we contacted. They made no empty promises and they walked us through their processes as well as their track record for being effective counsel. We left it up to them. For a reasonable fee, they began work immediately. There were regular, timely email updates and documentation of next steps. We were quite pleased to learn that his ticket was dismissed and there will be no points on his license. No one expects to become involved in a traffic collision. And certainly, no one wants to be in the receiving end of a clearly unfair ticket after the fact. Should you ever find yourself in a tough situation or even one that is more straightforward, please contact Florida Ticket Firm. I am confident that your issue will be resolved successfully.

2023 Confirmation to add since the last review posted is from 2019…read more My experience is wholly positive and endorses you contacting Mr. Silverman to review your case. My experience is for speeding tix: Nov 21, Feb 23 & April 23. All dismissed at hearing where Mr. Silverman was present in representation and correctly challenged technical problems with each. My only cost was Mr. Silverman's VERY reasonable up-front fee. Remember he can't guarantee any outcome, but . . . boy, oh, boy, he has delivered in my cases. His knowledge of the courts staff and Tampa PD are definite assets. Example: He played along with a TPD request for continuance as the Officer was smart enough to know he couldn't testify as scheduled. Mr. Silverman knew the Officer's history and ensured my continued representation. The Officer was an absent no-show for the new date. Case Dismissed!

I found Rick on-line from his reviews in representing traffic citations. My son was involved in an…read moreauto accident. It was mostly his fault, and that was not in dispute. What was "disputed" is his receipt of a citation. I work in Auto insurance claims, and most jurisdictions do not issue citations for auto accidents.....because unless the police officer actually witnessed the accident, how can he or she testify to the citation? I knew we had a strong case based on my experience, but Rick was outstanding with VERY quick follow up to my email inquiry and put me at ease. What put me even more at ease was the flat rate he charges. I am not going to call out the amount (not sure its appropriate), but the VERY reasonable fee made the decision to have Rick represent my son a no-brainer. Rick showed up for my son on his court date and was able to get the citation dismissed! That easy! Listen to me, if you are in an accident and receive a citation, do NOT accept it and have Rick represent you (if you are in the Tampa area). Think about it, unless the officer/court orders the other driver and/or a witness to show up, there is no one to testify to the facts of the accident. My insurance took care of the other driver, so he was not going to go to court. Thanks Rick for your outstanding help! My 17 yr old son REALLY appreciates what you did. His insurance will already be cost prohibitive for the accident, he did not need it piled on for a citation.

Richard was referred to me by a friend whom he had successfully helped navigate and win a lawsuit,…read moreand I was very pleased with my experience working with him. From the beginning, Richard took the time to thoughtfully discuss the details of my case and strategize with me on the best path forward. He was also very mindful of my request to keep costs as reasonable as possible and helped us approach the case accordingly. Ultimately, the strategy we developed together worked, and we won my case. I would absolutely go back to Richard if I ever need his help again in the future. One other thing worth mentioning: lawsuits can obviously be incredibly stressful, and Richard has a great sense of humor and knew exactly when a little comic relief was needed. I actually have a running list of "Richard-isms," some of which practically had me crying because I was laughing so hard. During an otherwise stressful experience, that humor was genuinely appreciated and provided some much-needed stress relief. I'm very grateful for Richard's guidance, strategy, and help in getting us to a successful outcome.

Having been through a similar scenario himself, he genuinely understands the emotional weight of what you're going through. He was incredibly easy to talk to, patient, and helpful. He offered useful advice, made recommendations, and took the time to check in on my progress simply because he cared. He even spoke to the attorney I did hire because he knew her professionally and wanted to make some suggestions for my case. My attorney told me that Richard is who many other local attorneys go to for input or a second opinion because he is so well respected in their community. I spoke to many lawyers in the search process and heard similar things from others I had spoken to. I was referred to Richard by my previous attorney who said my case was extremely high conflict/complicated and suggested checking with him first. If you need a smart family law attorney who actually cares about people and not just money, Richard is as great choice. I just wish I had a chance to speak with him before I committed to my current attorney.
