I have been on a weight loss/ weight gain roller coaster my whole life. I went to Felice to take control of my lifelong struggle with food, lose the weight for good, and get off this cruel ride. Im down 14 pounds already, and its clear to me that not only am I going to hit my goal weight, but that I am going to stay there for good. I just got back from 7 nights on a cruise ship with all you can eat buffets, coming out of the wazoo, a pizza/burger/chicken strip/french fry bar open all day, and 24 hour room service....all free. I maintained complete control when my server Svjetlana from Serbia brought me desserts after I politely declined them 3 times. A few food-gasmic spoonfuls and I was content. I had a grand total of one beer the whole cruise. At the buffets I realized after a few days that my eyes were looking past the mountains of mac n cheese and fried foods in search of vegetables and grilled chicken and fish. Going back for seconds never even crossed my mind. I exercised twice a day. Three days into the cruise I had to tighten my belt another notch because my pants were falling down. There was no internal struggle, no mental anguish, no moment of weakness where I dove head first into the ice cream bar and bathed in the hot fudge. It was effortless and enjoyable. Ahhhh. I have thanked Felice many times for her help and she always responds with the same humility...."no, no....its YOUR powerful mind doing this, not me" she says. Well, dang it Felice THANK YOU! YOU have helped me realize the positive changes I have wanted to make for so long. Changes I wanted so badly I could taste it...pun intended.
