But consistency in poor service has been proven more than once. This is a disservice to our community our people and considering other's time outside of here. They are at least 10 front desk ladies who keeps chatting about their personal lives, & not one has acknowledged some of the patients. They need better care / service & professional trainings. They tend to discriminate as well, as they favor mostly Hispanics, sadly. FYI: our appt was at 3:45, we checked in at 3:22 (per concierge) at 3:45 the same concierge lady told us we can't be seen by the provider.

I've had a lot of bumps in the roads and doors in my face in the past. She immediately was helpful, friendly and kind in a way that I haven't experienced in a long time. You know when you just really need a break? You just need somebody to help you with something because if somebody doesn't help you, you don't know if you're capable of doing it? Well that's how it was and she gave me that break. She was able to help fix my brother up with the right program for him. I can't thank her enough. The people at pure recovery need to know how valuable of a human being they have! She does good for other people because she knows what it's like to be like us. Thank you Bobbi!
