Venice Beach Junk Removal was fantastic. They were communicative, fast, and hardworking throughout the process. Our home has a long driveway plus a flight of stairs, and they handled a huge amount of moving and renovation debris quickly and efficiently. Everything was hauled away smoothly, and they had such a positive, easygoing attitude the whole time. Also, Chip is one of the most interesting people we've met. We had great conversations while they worked and he shared stories about being a professional skier, his family, and even having an MTV show with his brother. Reliable, professional, and genuinely enjoyable people to work with. Highly recommend. read more

I can't review the service itself. I used the Get a Quote feature here to contact them, with a detailed message about my needs. After one day without answer, I went to their website and tried to use their messaging system over there. Again no response, at which point I used the Projects feature here and immediately received several responses for other companies. So this company should be made aware that they are missing opportunities... or they should disable their messaging features if they just want to be contacted by phone. read more

Great guys, great experience, fast, and thorough! They have a great sense of humor, and that really helps when dealing with your junk.

I needed a big couch picked up from my apartment asap and I've noticed some ads on Lincoln Blvd from this company so I googled them and called them. They were ready to pick up the couch as soon as I called but told them I was at work at the moment. I told them what time I would be there and they arrived right on time and took it out of my apartment which is on the second floor within minutes. The whole removal of the couch took maybe 10 minutes. Anthony and Daniel were friendly and professional. If you're looking to get rid of anything big or small I highly recommend Venice beach junk removal. These guys made everything easy. Prices are also very reasonable. Thanks again for the great service! read more

chip is a legend!!!!! we are using venice junk removal today for the first time and already blown away by their service. they responded instantly, showed up right when they said they would (almost immediately) and are handling everything with so much care and professionalism. what really stands out is how much they genuinely care about our neighborhood. they're thoughtful about keeping the area clean, super respectful of homes and streets, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. lots of kids in the neighborhood too, so this type of service really helps set the tone for safety and health. it's rare to find a service that feels this responsive and community-minded. really grateful to have them here in venice and will absolutely be using them again. thank you so much chip, we are so grateful. read more
