Despite my attempts to wave down the waitresses so we could order and saying "Hallo" when she was standing near me, we left after 20 minutes. The one waitress took 10 minutes to pour 3 shots of Schnapps and delivered them to the table next to us, without ever glancing in our direction. The other one took 5 minutes to put one glass of Altbier, again delivering it to the table (and the woman!) seated right next to me. She did not look at us at all. AS I sat there looking around, I noticed that the majority of the tables had already finished eating and there was one other table waiting to order. Not sure why the waitresses were too busy to take our order. Needless to say, we were pretty irritated. How unbelievably rude! It is a shame too because the food looked pretty good, but after this experience, I doubt we will give them another chance.

Early last Wednesday night I stopped in to La Luce Due after attending the Aluminum 2012 Fair. The…read moreservice was excellent and I had a wonderful plate of carpaccio and a plate of grilled fish (Salmon, Dorado and Swordfish). The fish was outstanding with a mild lemon sauce and cooked perfectly. The whole experience was enjoyable and made a boy from Kentucky feel completely at home. Highly recommended !
