When walking in, we're greeted by welcoming faces and Salsa is treated to all the attention he could ever want. We don't wait long to see our vet and Dr. Jessika Bronsoiler and she is truly compassionate, empathetic, experienced and provides answers to my endless questions in terms I understand. She's given us endless tips at our visits, checks in via phone with us after his recent neutering or when starting new medications (this is everything because many vets want another appointment to charge another visit) and also gently corrects inaccurate information I've picked up from my previous vet clinic without judgement. Within a couple days, her puncture wounds were infected and swollen. Took her to a different vet where they had to sedate her because of the pain, flush out her wound, and she was put on antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. The vet called me on Friday to ask if I could come July 5 as they had a cancellation, they had called 2x before asking about coming in, my original appoint was July 20. We sedated my dog with the prescribed medication, arrived at 4:23. A assistant came out at 4:42 and asked if we had any issues with Lilly, we told her our issues, then explained that last year they had to come get me to go in, so instead of causing her stress, it would be best for me to come in, right from the start. At 4:46 the "Dr." as she called herself came out to speak to us. She had a very condescending tone to her voice, telling me that the 20 minute time slot is now over, and she would be willing for us to come back tomorrow to deal with all of the issues. I said, but my dog is drugged now, she didn't have an answer, by this time my husband is very upset, I said to her, I guess we need to find another vet, she said ok turned around and walked away, I asked her what am I supposed to do with my drugged up dog, she did not reply and walked into the building. I called asked for the name and email address for the owner, I was told they were owned by a corporation! When I called them to let them know about what happened, the staff said to take him for a walk. That did not cure him. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS HOSPITAL. Pros: 1. The vets are very friendly and the staff is reliable during vet visits, for medication and how to give it to the dog. I got an appointment on the spot and they treated my dog within minutes. 2. The vets are knowledgable and give you all the information. 3. Friendly staff. Cons: 1.They don't know how to correct matted fur and they suggest to shave the dog. Puppy Love Dog Grooming at Downtown Brantford know how to cure matted fur and they charge way less. 2. They traumatized my dog when I gave him for grooming the 3rd time. His balls were blue, he had nicks and cuts, he was visibly shaking and wimpering. IDK if the staff mistreated him or the staff who handles him was new and hence I won't recommend their grooming. 3. To cut his hair, give him a bath and trim his nails, they charge $200. Puppy Love Dog Grooming charges way less than $200. 4. Due to the extremely negative grooming experience, I prefer to not board my dog with them as IDK how they will treat him.

I just did a Google Image Reverse Search on the image and the image of the Frenchies are actually linked to a US article on puppy mills in North Carolina, not from Bull Market French Bulldogs in Ontario, Canada. As a person with morals, I had to interject and let others know that the review from this man is inaccurate as his image was taken from Google (see actual reference to image attached). All other dogs are kept either in kennels or cages outside, and they have so many dogs that it borders on being a puppy mill. The entire premise smelled like dog feces and urine. Their Frenchies had severe mange condition (missing hair) and the dogs themselves looked like they never had a bath in their life. I am shocked that nobody has called Animal Control on these people yet. Please stay away from this place.
