This company quoted me approximately $3,000 for what was essentially the same type of job -- more than double the price. I completely understand that businesses have overhead and prices change, but there's a difference between charging a fair price and simply being wildly overpriced. A quote of $3,000 for a job I previously paid $1,300 for was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because I genuinely wanted to support a veteran-owned company. I just can't justify paying more than twice what the same work has cost me before. Being veteran-owned is something I'm happy to support, but it shouldn't be used as a reason for customers to overlook an unreasonable price. Shop around and get multiple quotes before committing. I'm glad I did.

Note; they will not service existing gutters, they will tear out any existing gutters and replace, probably for the better. Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. You guys. They did a great job, and did indeed give me a very good price, but that's not even the half of it. When I say they held my hand through this...like, I don't know how to talk to an insurance company. I don't know what to do when an adjustor is coming. I don't know how to do any of the "I know what I'm doing" management and coordination of getting my roof replaced. I'm a shy child pretending to be a middle-aged woman. Ms. Laura made an appointment to come to my house when the insurance adjustor came, showed up before he got there so she could check over all the specs herself, and did most of the talking while he was there because I did not want to. She and her brother walked me through every step of how to manage this stuff. They picked me out a BEAUTIFUL colored roof ("Majestic shake"), told me I needed gutters and offered to bring in a guy to do them so I didn't have to do that separately, and when it became clear that I was simply not going to pick a gutter color because that is not something I am ever going to have an opinion about, Ms. Laura picked me a nice color and I'm very happy. I was basically just able to sort of vaguely flap my hands in the direction of the roof and say "I need....stuff" and they took care of me without stressing me through a bunch of mental work. They also cleaned up the area very well after, and every single person I spoke with was an absolute treat.
