My masseur who is an elder lady was pretty good. Even when she was talking, her hands didn't stop. The session comes with your option of hot stone and Ashiatsu massage, a deep-tissue bodywork technique where the practitioner uses their bare feet instead of hands to deliver deep, broad, and consistent pressure while holding onto overhead bars for balance. I had to tell her a couple of times that it's too much and hurt. But my friend's masseur, a younger lady, was milking her time and barely put in any pressure to the massage. I'm happy with my Masseur's service but what might concern me is when I paid, they literally grab all the cash (I was paying for us) before I determined the tips. A bit scary and too aggressive. I didn't even get the chance to see if they gave me the correct changes back or not.

I should have, but I didn't bother asking him to apply more power. It was that demoralizing. Then at the end of it when we needed to pay, the guy up front asked us to leave them a review on Google. This is the Thai massage that I've been chasing ever since…read more My husband and I did a couples Thai massage here, and it was honestly one of those massages where you walk out feeling like you're slightly high because so much tension has been released. We did the traditional Thai massage for 60 minutes, in the same room, and the pressure was definitely intense at times. There were certain points where it was painful -- but the good kind of painful, where you can actually feel something releasing. By the end, my back almost felt like it had these tiny vibrations running through it. Hard to explain, but I walked out feeling completely different. And whatever they were doing, they were GOOD at it. This is exactly the kind of massage where I want to feel like they actually worked on my body rather than just lightly rubbing it for an hour. I also remember the price being very reasonable for the quality, especially compared with what you can pay for massages around Vegas. Five stars. I've tried other Thai massages since this one and have basically been chasing this experience ever since. Next time I'm in Vegas, I'm absolutely coming back. If you're in Vegas and looking for a really good Thai massage, go here. You won't regret it.

I have been a local customer here for about 6-7 years, and before this experience, I honestly…read moreconsidered this one of the best massage places in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, after what happened during my most recent visit, I don't think I will be coming back. I have always gotten the $80 Thai Combination massage. When I arrived, I told the receptionist that I wanted the $80 Thai Combination. After I was already inside the massage room, the therapist came in with the menu and asked me again which massage I wanted. I told her the $80 Thai Combination, but she insisted that the Thai massage was now $100. I explained several times that I wanted the $80 option. Instead of simply explaining the difference between the services or respecting my choice, we went back and forth for about 4-6 minutes inside the massage room. I felt very uncomfortable. Eventually, I didn't want to argue anymore, so I agreed to the $100 service. The massage itself was actually good, but during the massage, the therapist accidentally scratched my face with her fingernail. It peeled the skin and was extremely painful -- about an 8 out of 10. I immediately became nervous and checked my face in the mirror. She kept telling me, "It's okay, it's nothing," but it continued hurting for the rest of the massage. What disappointed me the most was how the situation was handled afterward. I told the receptionist what happened, but there was basically no response or attempt to address the situation. I went home and realized the injury was worse than I initially thought, and because of the pain, I ended up going to see a doctor. I'm not writing this review because I want a free massage, a refund, or anything else. I'm writing it because this was handled very unprofessionally. If the owner sees this review, I strongly suggest better staff training, especially when it comes to customer service and handling an injury or complaint. Upselling a more expensive service is one thing, but arguing with a longtime customer who repeatedly says they want the $80 service is another. And when a customer is accidentally injured during a massage, someone should take responsibility and at least show concern. After being a customer for 6-7 years, it's very disappointing that one experience -- and especially the way it was handled -- has made me decide not to return.

Update: No apology. Just harassment. Cee reached out to me and asked me to remove my review. Accusing me because this is my first negative review of being fake. The only thing that is fake is the synopsis of this dirty company! "Clean" "new decor" "best in Vegas" lies lies lies! ALL LIES. avoid this place! They have nicer nail salons on D and F street. This place is disgusting and the service is the worst. I am so happy to have a voice on yelp to explain how horrible the service is here. AVOID!!! ______________ If I could give less than one star I would,.. Julia took care of me.. after having my nails done I caught an infection.. I went to the local quick care on spring mountain and they said I had Paronychia. It is a nail infection due to unclean tools.. I went back today to complain and the business manager Cathey (CEE).. she was very rude and threatened legal action if I talked about this.. I read all the previous "negative reviews" and she always threatens to sue people.. I am so nervous to complain about this place because she keeps calling saying if I complain she w8ll have me "taken care of" I do not feel right about anything about this place.. I am worried that I contracted something more. Julia was very nice and I do believe that she didn't know the tools were unclean. Avoid Kyou. If you have visited KYOU please see a doctor. The Paronychia is curable within s few days but I highly recommend you AVOID this diseased place. Avoid CEE, and understand she will keep calling you if u have any complaints.. she will defend her staff but understand I think she is the one that is supposed to clean the tools.. read more

I booked 2 massages , not a couple massage but 2 single massages ; we arrived and the receptionist know we're there she scolded us for being early to our appointment and then she complained to us the whole time because all of their customers are getting their stuff from Groupon and coming in there which the company has to put it on Groupon for people to buy it and talked about how she was gonna raise the rates because of that so we kindly wait and then she comes over to me and informed me that there is no choice, but they demand that you pay a tip of a minimum of $10 which I always tip but you're not allowed to demand it and tell me that you will not perform our services if we don't which I already said I would tip I do anyway so a big deal however, then we get back to the room and they've set my daughter and I in a couples room because we came in together. I don't know about too many parents, but my kid don't exactly want to strip down in front of her mom so we made the best of it and did what we could to keep our own privacy, but I would never ever recommend this place. The receptionist lady is probably one of the rudest I've ever dealt with and the massage room has bright lights right above you so you're staring into those the whole time and there's no ambience to it at all. I asked for a relaxing massage because I've had several surgeries, including my neck and things I can't do much more than that instead the massage therapist was told to give me a deep tissue massage therapy so I spent the next two days after my massage in the bed in pain. read more

I mentioned that I have chronic neck, shoulder, and upper back pain and that I get massages at least once a month to manage the tension. I knew almost immediately that Anita was different when she started working on me. She was able to feel the knots in my neck and shoulders right away and knew exactly where the tension was. It's honestly very rare to find someone who is so capable, knowledgeable, and thoughtful, all while having such incredible hands . She really got in there and worked through my knots instead of just going through the motions. At one point she even told me she wasn't going to let me go until we got those knots worked out . I was actually in Thailand this summer and got a deep Thai massage every single day, so I have a pretty good point of comparison. Anita's massage was absolutely comparable, and when it came to working through my particularly tight knots, I'd honestly say it was even better. I really appreciate that the team took my initial experience seriously and gave me the opportunity to come back and try again. For Anita alone, I would absolutely come back here again. If you're looking for someone who knows how to work on stubborn neck, shoulder, and upper back tension, I highly recommend requesting her.
