Jacob "Vicious" Stuart is a man among boys in the arena of law. When we walked into court together…read moreI swear the prosecuting (opposing) attorney gulped in fear, as he realized his dreams of winning the trial had vanished. Everyone seemed to both respect and fear the man. Immediately following day 1 of the trial we were offered a deal (which I thought was pretty good) But Jacob, being the fearless man he is, told them nicely to "take the deal and shove it up their a**" At this point I realized Jacob was not at all interested in settling unless he got exactly what he wanted. Needless to say, I was quite pleased with his integrity and courage to fight for justice. In the end, we did accept a deal, but only because Jacob got my charges reduced to peanuts. By peanuts I mean nearly nothing, other than a period of probation which I am able to complete from out of state. Thank you, Jacob, for completely and utterly destroying the allegations against me. I fully expect that Jacob V. Stuart will go on to do great things in his field. If you are considering hiring legal representation, look no further.

Constant communication and a well deserved reputation are only a few of the many qualities you are guaranteed and able to take advantage of once Mr. Hill represents you. My judge granted me opportunities strictly because Mr. Hill has developed a great reputation. My judge made that a point in the court room literally saying "I am doing this because Mr. Hill is representing you." After that day I have been grateful and thankful of his services. Anyone who asks me about a good lawyer who will not over-charge but still get great result, Mr. Hill is absolutely the first lawyer I recommend. I cannot say enough positive traits about his character and professionalism so I found it necessary to leave a review for him. Hope it helps.

He made excuses that he was busy or was handling other issues (personal). He did nothing for my case in 4 months and when I finally heard from him, he explained he nolonger wanted to handle my case because it was a 50/50 chance I could win. I couldn't believe he strung me along for 4 months, when he took my case in the first place. He is lazy, unprofessional and does the bare minimum if that. Selecting a lawyer for a child custody case is never easy, and certainly not a situation we ever…read moreexpected to find ourselves in. You want the very best--so you research, read reviews, ask around--while also trying not to rush a decision despite the urgency of the matter. We were referred to Sam by a friend, and after meeting with several other attorneys, he stood out as the most natural fit. What we appreciated most about Sam was how down-to-earth he is. He immediately understood what we needed, brought real passion to our case, and was always honest with us throughout the process. Our case lasted just over a year--not due to anything on Sam's part, but simply because we followed every step the right way and had to trust the process and the court system. About four months of that timeline involved locating the defendant with the help of a private investigator so they could be served. Once we finally got into court, Sam showed up and showed out for us. That day reassured us that we had absolutely made the right choice in hiring him. His integrity in the courtroom was clear--he was respectful, punctual, and conducted himself with professionalism at every moment. Fast forward to last week: Sam called with an update. We were trembling on the other end of the line until he shared the words we had been hoping for--we won the case. It was the best news we could have received, especially right before the holidays. Truly the best Christmas gift we could ask for. If you're wondering whether Sam is the right attorney for you, please take our experience to heart. We cannot thank him enough for his hard work, time, and unwavering dedication.
