They took their time with him an we didn't feel rushed at all. Almost felt like a family member was his aide . Thats how well they took care of him. Communication was top notch. I was bleeding through my towel and asked for assistance they simply pointed to the corner to get a paper towel. once I was in the exam room the provider Katelyn Tivey. And she confirmed that the facility is in network with Excellus . At no point did she share that she Is NOT an in network provider!!! Now I am dealing with Excellus bill of 710 dollars !!! i consider it a fraudulent and criminal act by the facility and the Provider to not disclose the fact that PA Tibey is not an in network provider! This happened at the dewey ave in Greece ! As of today 4/6/25 no one has from WellCare Now has contacted me regarding this issue, even though they had replied to my original post stating that someone would contact me .
