And her original appointment was changed to today Asked for office manager and was told there is none here. They deal with Chicago office Today. 945 appointment. Still sitting here and told doctor came in late so we have to wait. I have never seen anything like this. Stay Away. Horrible business Only giving one because I have to but really zero rating

I had an embolization procedure on my knee here, and for the first two weeks I felt significantly better. The swelling went down and the pain improved tremendously. Unfortunately, the pain has now returned almost exactly as it was before the procedure. I came back to the clinic because I was concerned and expected the doctor who performed the procedure to evaluate the situation and provide some type of plan. An ultrasound showed a significant amount of fluid around my leg, yet I was basically told, "I don't know what else to do," and advised to see my orthopedic doctor. The only treatment suggested was ibuprofen. I explained that I am experiencing significant pain with basic activities such as walking up and down stairs, sitting, and putting on my shoes. I work long hours on my feet, so this is affecting my ability to function normally. What is most frustrating is that after receiving good care initially, I expected proper follow-up when the problem returned. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and without a clear explanation, treatment plan, or meaningful follow-up. A medical procedure should come with appropriate follow-up care, especially when the patient returns with significant symptoms. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received that level of care today. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously, because patients deserve to feel heard, evaluated, and properly cared for after a procedure.

What I dislike, is that USA Vein Clinics is a national firm which has offices throughout the country and when you call the # that is on their business card, you are being connected with their 'call center' which I conclude is handling calls from all over the country'. At that call center, you will find yourself on hold endlessly, then transferred around a bunch, and you will find them not very helpful. That's my complaint about this group, their call center. One other negative worth mentioning... Although the 86h Street office was spotlessly clean, it did have a very clinic like feel to it. I think they have tried to change that image by changing their name to usa vein centers versus usa vein clinics. Again, I found the doctor to be excellent. I found the staff at the doctors office excellent. And I opted to make a follow up appointment with them, which shows my faith in them.

Extremely rude and uncaring…read more I came here to have two procedures done. There was no one upstairs to help guide you to go downstairs nor was there any signs. When you enter the building there is a lobby but there stairs upstairs and downstairs for you to check in. It was unclear where to go exactly. After going upstairs fruitlessly I realize I had to go downstairs. I checked in and the front desk was okay. I didn't like how they called your name and spoke what procedure you were getting very loudly. Everyone in the waiting room could hear. The procedure I needed to have required me to have a full bladder. Unfortunately my bladder was not full, so I had to drink water and wait. The technicians were cruel and very uncaring. They made fun of me because I ended up over drinking water and I had to pee very urgently and then the appointment took longer than necessary. I don't understand why technicians think it's okay to make fun of patients behind their backs and in front of their faces very loudly so the patient can hear. The procedures needed to be used on a full bladder And on an empty bladder. if my bladder was so empty why didn't they do the empty one first instead I sat there and waited almost four and a half hours for a procedure that I was told with only take 15 minutes. What a waste of time for cruel and mean service. I would avoid this location at all cost.
