A few weeks after, one of the hose bibs failed. Turned out to be a faulty part. Gary corrected the problem at no cost to me. Super impressed. Been a few years since and no problems with the work. We got our furnace 12 years ago so I thought that was odd since online it said that most furnaces last 20-30+ years. I called Jon and he agreed that it was strange and came out to have a look. He found that the control board needed a replacement and within 24 hours we had our heat back on.
