They came highly recommended from the guys at Sounds of Speed in Santa Clara (another wonderful car…read moreshop). I mostly worked with Sarah and Mynor. I called for a quote and Sarah followed up with a text after I forgot about the whole deal. I started off with doing a PPF on the entire front of my car including the A panels. I returned about a month and a half later on for the rest of my car and that took longer. I came back two weeks later to ceramic coat the whole car and tint the windows. If you can try to get the job done all at once, it's possible but I just didn't think it through hence the multiple projects. They were very patient with me after nagging them about the status of the work the second time around. They were well within the deadline they promised me but I wanted it sooner (didn't happen, after all = great work takes time). While they had my vehicle I asked if they could fix some tiny minor dents (possible, but not at 100%) and they also do car detail. Their prices are reasonable considering the caliber of cars they regularly service. If you value quality and your car, go to these guys.

I brought my 2026 Rivian R1S to Auto Pro last year the day after I received it. I coordinated with…read morethem a week beforehand to wrap the car in full matte PPF, matte black vinyl over the shiny black parts, and full window tint (20% front; 5% back) including the windshield (70%). They gave me a discount and I assume it's because the car is new and wouldn't need fixing and paint correction. They did an outstanding job and I was very happy with the results. I had to go back 2 weeks later to fix the matte black vinyl that stuck to the side mirrors when they tilted down in reverse. I was in and out fast and they washed my car. Yesterday, I brought in the R1S for yearly maintenance. They fixed the minors concerns I had, detailed the exterior and interior, and added a layer of ceramic clear coat. It's like a brand new car! Big thanks to the team at Auto Pro: Mynor, Sarah, and Byron!

Before my Porsche Panamera even arrived, I spent weeks researching paint protection film (PPF),…read moreceramic coating, and detailing shops throughout the Bay Area. As someone who had waited months for a custom-ordered Porsche, I knew I wanted to protect the car from day one and wasn't willing to trust it to just anyone. I researched, visited, or spoke with nearly ten different shops before making my decision. Some were significantly cheaper. Some promised much faster turnaround times. Many claimed they could deliver the same result. Between the PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, windshield protection film, interior protection, and other treatments, my project represented an investment of nearly $20,000. At that level, I wasn't looking for the cheapest option--I was looking for the highest level of craftsmanship. One thing that stood out during my research was that many Bay Area shops quoted anywhere from 20% to 50% less than Supreme Detailworks. At first glance, that gets your attention. However, many of those same shops also quoted completion times that were only one-third or even one-quarter of the time James estimated for essentially the same scope of work. That immediately raised a red flag for me. When someone claims they can do the same work for far less money and in a fraction of the time, I start asking questions. The more I learned about Supreme Detailworks' process--paint preparation, component removal, edge wrapping, tucked installations, and quality control--the more I understood where that extra time was going. It wasn't inefficiency. It was attention to detail. I also compared Supreme Detailworks against one of the highly respected PPF shops in the Chicago area that is nationally known for premium installations. To my surprise, James' pricing was very similar. And even if I had chosen the Chicago shop, shipping the car there and back would have added roughly another $5,000 in transportation costs alone, not to mention additional time and logistics. Having that level of craftsmanship available right here in the Bay Area made the decision much easier. For my Panamera, James and his team installed PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, front windshield protection film, protection for the headlights and glass roof, interior PPF for the gloss black trim, and matte protection for all touchscreen surfaces, including the digital instrument cluster. The result is so seamless that several of my friends couldn't even tell my Panamera had PPF installed. In fact, I had to physically show them where to look and where to touch before they realized the vehicle was protected. That's how clean and invisible the installation is. What impressed me most was that James never tried to upsell me. Instead, he took the time to explain the different options and recommend what made the most sense for how I planned to use the car. One thing many people don't realize is that the true quality of a PPF installation is found in the details--the edges, seams, corners, and difficult areas where shortcuts are often taken. James and his team don't take shortcuts. They carefully remove and disassemble components when necessary to ensure the film is properly wrapped and hidden wherever possible. After investing nearly $20,000 in protection, the last thing I wanted was visible seams, lifted edges, or obvious installation lines. Supreme Detailworks delivered exactly what I was hoping for: a fully protected vehicle that still looks completely factory original. Another thing prospective customers should know is that Supreme Detailworks is almost always busy. There is usually a waiting list, and scheduling requires patience. If you're looking for the fastest shop in town, this may not be the place for you. If you're looking for the cheapest shop in town, this definitely isn't the place for you. But if you're looking for a team that refuses to rush the process and treats your vehicle as if it were their own, the wait is absolutely worth it. During my visits, I regularly saw Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens, Maseratis, Porsches, Mercedes-Benz, BMWs, Audis, Land Rovers, Lexus vehicles, Teslas, and many other enthusiast cars in the shop. Seeing that lineup gave me additional confidence that I had chosen the right place. After seeing the finished result on my Porsche, I can honestly say my expectations were exceeded. And if you're looking for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a team that treats your vehicle as if it were their own, Supreme Detailworks is hard to beat. Thank you, James and the entire Supreme Detailworks team, for treating my Panamera as if it were your own.

The PPF installation was executed with complete precision--no lifts, zero visible edges, and it's held up perfectly. If you are looking to get your car wrapped or protected, I highly recommend him for that work alone. However, the experience with the glass roof tinting fell short of expectations. The roof film has very noticeable, uneven, and jagged gaps along the edges where light bleeds through. While I know tinting a large glass roof is challenging, given the premium price paid, I expected at least straight and flush edges. Bottom line: 10/10 recommendation for wraps and PPF precision, but I would advise getting the roof glass tinted elsewhere (or skipping the roof tint altogether).

Unfortunately this business has dropped in service and is super untrustworthy! First, I got a price for my requested services on the phone twice, and when I went to the location the sales guy, Rami, said that's not the price and was charging me $200 more than the phone price! He seems to make up random reasons for the increase and doesn't honor the price his corporate sends out. I'm willing to pay more for extra labor, but won't accept being lied to! I wanted a single piece tint on my back glass but Rami kept telling me it's not possible and trying to convince me to get something I don't want. In the end it was a discrepancy of $100 but eventually he agreed to do a single piece of tint. Now that exciting part: when I go to pick up my car the back glass has TWO pieces of tint. Exactly what I didn't want. So now Rami wasted my time, his technician's time, and tint material. Then he tried to convince me that the line was a defrost line as if I'm clueless (I'm sure he fools many customers). When we take the car to the technician turns out it's two pieces of tint and the technician claims one piece is not possible and it will peel (a complete lie since my other Model 3 has one piece tint for years, no peeling). And now they are saying they can do it if I upgraded the tint package (wow a miracle). In the end they agreed to put one piece of tint on the back glass like I asked to but now I have to come in a 3rd time and it takes 2 hours for some reason to change the tint. The whole process was incredibly wasteful and a huge hassle, and Rami made the experience very negative. I will not be coming back here with another car and really hope I don't need to use the warranty on the tint at this location. Go to another tint shop, there's tons around here.
