It has never given me any issues. Recently, we paid a couple of visits to sell some odds and ends just to make a few bucks. I honestly was a bit skeptical because usually pawn shops are pretty picky when it comes to buying items... But so far, this is the ONLY pawn shop in the area that doesn't rip you off. They give you your money's worth, and usually give you what you're asking. If not, they make an amazing deal with you. The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and understanding. I'm so glad we made the choice to sell to Hickory Pawn! I'm not the only person extremely satisfied though, my husband, my aunt, my mother in law, and my dad all FOUR love this pawn shop!

Came in early to do a return for my Limited Edition Post Malone Crocs since it didn't fit me…read more Monica was at the customer service register and was really no help. She didn't know how to do the return and just suggested I go somewhere else since she couldn't figure out how to do it. She stated that, "We don't even sell those kind of crocs here." Ofcourse you don't because it's limited edition and SOLD OUT. She didn't call for help, didn't call for management, just kept saying she couldn't do it. The attitude definitely needs to go.

Also one of the items had been taken out of its case and messed with. It wasn't in the case the same way it was when I left it with them. If I could leave no stars I would!!!
