Inez was instrumental in ensuring we walked through all the possible options for menus, ingredients, our preferences and dietary restrictions. We went back and forth with pictures on what we'd like to move forward it and Chef even called a week prior to confirm if our counts had changed and ensured everything was all set prior! I loved how personalized and warm Inez and Chef were through the whole process with us! On the day of, communication was top notch. Chef Victor arrived earlier than expected so he could set up for us and all the small details had been considered: signs, serving ware, burners you name it. Now, the FOOD!! We ordered the mixed berry salad with freshly made vinaigrette dressing, the taco platter with zucchini and pollo, mahi mahi ceviche, rice and beans, guac and salsa. No exaggeration: we all ate at least 3 plates of food - it was ALL DELICIOUS! The freshest ingredients, wholesome tasty brilliantly prepped food! Our guests immediately took Chefs info down and even packed boxes of food to take home for their kids It was seriously amazing! Chef called the next day to ask for feedback. Having worked at top Michelin star restaurants, now that's hospitality at its finest. He and Inez were warm, open and willing to go the extra mile to make our day special.
