If you get a home from them refuse the Nortek HVAC don't let them install that brand, it's absolutely no good and google can back that up. I was told that it was given the warranty for the HVAC but it was not in my paperwork only for some of the appliances. The stove is a poop show too. One day it takes 4 minutes to come on the next day it takes 40 minutes. They were very helpful the first year after that nothing. It was a window that was leaking that was never fixed and I told them before the warranty was up. The hot tub motor had to be replaced. The pipes are not good neither. I can go on and on but what's the point. You live and you learn!
