Important issues were left until the very last minute even though this was hired a year in advance. We heard more about other weddings this planner has done than getting things done for our own wedding. It was like Hiroshima, never, ever again. I would never recommend this to anyone, even if I hated them. Well, maybe if I hated them, because that would make sense.
