Visited Staples recently in Ogden for an Amazon return. I called beforehand for directions (as it…read morehad been a while since I'd been that way on Riverdale Road). The clerk over the phone was very friendly and gave me perfect directions (it's on the same side of the street as the Newgate Mall right next to Ross in the same parking lot). I visited on a Saturday approximately 3 pm. Keep in mind this was not a holiday weekend. The returns are in the front of the store with excellent signage. There were three people in front of me when arriving, and another three newcomers when I left. Only one clerk behind the counter but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They do not give you receipts here for your returns (anymore as I was told). That said, Amazon received my package and I received my refund so everything went well. No photos included because I don't think it's appropriate to photograph others in a public setting without their knowledge even if their backs are turned.

In an ever changing electronic world, I find myself relying on places like FedEx Office for some of…read moremy older-worldly issues. Even though they are still highly technical it is stuff that I cannot do by myself since it seems like my world has gone pretty much paperless. So here is what I get done here: Print things - like lots of things. A few hundred copies, some weird coated paper, some odd ball sizes. Basically if I cannot print something on an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper I find myself with a jump drive and headed to Fed Ex (pro tip: you can just email it to them to print now.) Cut things - Not your normal arts and craft things, but lets say you have a poster you need to cut down to frame. And lets say the crabby old lady at the store that sells frames just gives you a big 'ol case of the "stink eye" for asking her to cut it down. Well, Fed Ex has the equipment to do it. And they help you do it. And it is free. Ship Things - When it just doesn't fit in my mailbox and i want to pay the postage, etc, I can do it here. Now look, I am sure there is a bunch of other stuff they do here that I am sure gets done as wonderfully as the things I use them for. But for me it is 3 basic things. And they do them well and with a smile on their face.

Store is well appointed, clean and welcoming. Entry can be dicey if coming from the south. Best to turn a block earlier to the left and come in the side street entrance.

I went to them to print business cards. The proof looked great and I was excited to see the…read morefinished product. When I picked up the cards, they looked like they had been cut with a dull hack saw. The ink around the edges of the card was peeling off and there were some cards with dents in them. When I asked them how we could fix this, they just told me it gives the cards a "roughed look" and there was nothing they could do to fix it. They did not even try to make it right. Now I am stuck with about 1000 unusable business cards that I paid way to much for. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I'm guessing a lot. I just needed a map. Pretty simple really. I took a .PDF in on a jump drive and they were more than helpful. They asked all the right questions and were extremely good about getting me my order really fast. Like while I was standing there waiting (less than 5 minutes). And it cost me a whole $3 and some change. A lot less than what I was expecting. The lot is full, the people are busy, and it is very organized in there. If I ever need an "Alpha" or a "Graphic" this is the place I will come. Apparently no job is too big or too small and they give great service to either end of that spectrum.

They installed a stripe on my 2021 Challenger and it looks absolutely great. Its a bumblebee stripe on the rear and it was something I have wanted for a while. I tried other shops and they had no clue. The stripe transition from the fear quarter panel to the trunk didn't line up etc. I tried myself and that didn't work either. if you want any type of graphics done, check them out. I am going to be a repeat customer!

Took my trailer in for a full wrap job. 2 months later I get it back and it looked like it took…read morethem 2 hours to complete. Already peeling up and the wrap was applied over old stickers and dirt. No communication over the 2 months on my they project was taking so long. Talked a big talk with the design and didn't follow through with any of it. Asked multiple times for the file so I can have business cards made just to be ignored. Also paid him up front all cash onl to be treated like shit! Don't waste your time or money with this company!
