Uptown made it happen by her deadline. The Uptown embroidery shop-Louis, and his assistant (who sits at the front desk) , were very patient and helpful and came through! It was also clear to me that this business cares about the quality of the product they produce. My contract was for a thinner material sign, but after reviewing the site, the owner decided to upgrade the material to give more durability, which I know cost him more than anticipated. Their quality of product and reliability is why they are still in business while many other sign companies have closed during the pandemic. Highly recommend!

We thought the venue was going to do the placecards but found out the day before the wedding that we were supposed to provide them. We needed 140. I called Staples near my house and they were swamped and couldn't help me so they told me to call the Staples in Livingston. They couldn't help me either but recommended that I call the place across the street, PIP printing. By this time I was starting to lose it and when I called Jodi answered the phone and I told her my crisis and told her I needed them in about 3 hours and said can you help me. She said, "Yes we can do it!" She was very helpful and did everything I needed and when I needed it. Thank you Jodi! You are the best! Colette Gallagher, Mother of the Bride.
