3-Year Loyal Customer Left Hanging…read more I've been a Zuluvape customer r for 3 years with only one issue before this -- but this latest experience is unacceptable. I placed an $80 order on 7/11 for a 5-pack, and as of today (3 weeks later), it's still in transit. After two calls to USPS and a second "in transit" scan sitting for 48 hours, I still have no nicotine. Customer service told me "I'm sorry" -- but that doesn't refund the $20 I had to spend in a panic just to get one vape. Shipping used to take 3-5 days.

This requires driving around and asking people questions when I need something. Today I walked into 420 vape. They actually didn't have what I needed. But the guy was very friendly, very helpful, and happy to answer my questions as I tried to figure out where to find what I was looking for, even though he didn't have it to sell and so had nothing to gain by helping me. I had just walked out of another place up the street, Mr puffer's, or Peter puffer's... Or something like that, where I dealt with a little entitlement brat kid who gave me nothing but attitude for asking him questions. That kid got cursed out. But this place, this place had friendly professional people working, who were a pleasure to talk to. This is the way you do business! Whenever I'm looking for something they carry, you bet I'm going to go there!
