Up In Smoke - Really rude cashier for no reason. It seems like he doesn't care about the business at all. - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Do not buy vapes from this place! they are horrible quality, will break and you will not be refunded for the Inconvenience!

Service was great. Good selection of cigars. There looked to be good options for any smoker. Good suggestions from the person working in the store. read more

Extremely rude cashiers as well as most products I've purchased from here have been counterfeit or defective. Not worth your time or money.

!!!!BEWARE!!!! They are selling fake disposables! We bought two different kinds from them. BIDI and Puff Plus. DONT BUY FROM THEM read more

Service was great. The sales associate was very familiar with the product that I was interested in and helped me make a very well informed desicion as to the flavor of the vape I was looking for. Her product knowledge was very appreciated. However, selection was less than great. They didn't have my favorite brand of disposable, which is Geekbar and that was disappointing. They also didn't have a very wide selection of any one brand of vape. Lost Mary is my second favorite and the shop didn't even offer any of the 3 of my favorite flavors. They are a little pricey. I did however walk away with 2 new Flonq vapes at a special price of $33 for both, which is pretty good, but one would have cost me around $20, Which is not so great. Overall, I think I'll go elsewhere. This shop is closest to me, but I felt like I had to settle, which was a little disappointing. read more

The selection is pretty big but some things are over priced. Some things weren't too bad and my wife actually ended up purchasing a rubber water bong from here half way through vacation because we broke ours. It was a bit expensive at 60$ but the little thing grew on me and hits great! It came with a glass slide and a glass bowl. Actually hadn't seen these before she came back to the hotel with it. read more

Up In Smoke - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Be careful ! While visiting myrtle beach on vacation, I came into the smoke shop requesting assistance for a hookah. The employee who helped me (don't remember his name) helped me pick out a black hookah and said he'd get it boxed up. Once I've gotten home I open the box to see a completely different hookah than what I requested. Not only that this hookah has a crack so the water leaks out everywhere. I contacted the store and explained to the manager what happened and he said there was nothing he could do and all sales were final. I then proceeded to explain how I didn't get the item I asked for and it was his employees error at which point he responds I don't know what else to tell you. I was treated as if my service didn't matter especially since I was hours away and couldn't come to the store to properly prove the disbelief that caused the manager to insinuate my accusations weren't truthful. read more

Never write a review but I went in and they are rude as hell. You ask a question and it's like your bothering them. I was pretty embarrassed. Just ended up leaving. read more

I walked in because we are on vacation and my partner broke his vape tank. The shop not only hooked us up with what we were looking for but he was kind, informative and cool! Thank you for making an awful event turn into a good experience! read more

Well I can't get a zero stars so they've earned a 1 star. Rude. Not friendly. Didn't try to help. Didn't want to answer questions or make a suggestion. Didn't offer to put my purchase in a bag. Bah humbug felt it necessary to tell me he doesn't believe in celebrating Christmas. I've just moved here but this is NOT my new smoke shop. I made my only purchase I'll ever make there. read more

I stopped at this shop during my first time to Myrtle beach. Both workers were attentive and helpful however Klaus( sorry if spelled wrong ) went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect souvenirs to take back to Pittsburgh for my boyfriend ! Highly recommend ! read more

I do not recommend this smoke shop, there are plenty of good smoke shops in Myrtle Beach but the people running/ working in this establishment are not cool at all. I walked in and was carded immediately, I am 23 old years old, and apparently they did not believe I was even 18. So of course, as I look through my wallet, I find that I have misplaced my driver's license, leaving me with bigger worries of course, having to now retrace my steps the past few days. But still, walking out of there against my choice left a bad taste in my mouth about this place, and who wants to mess around with a smoke shop with non-chill people? Bottom line, I feel like places like this shouldn't have the sort of people working who immediately card 23 year olds, like hungry wolves. Give another smoke shop your business, there are plenty out there with cool people. read more

We stopped in because my boyfriend left his vape juice at home. The woman there was very helpful and their selection was really good. I decided to try the CBD gummies. I was given great advice and liked the gummies. We went back and the gentleman was just as helpful. It was a great experience overall. read more

I was on vacation looking for some herb. The guy told me the cannibus oil he was selling at its strongest dose was comparable. Didn't do anything. Waste of $80. Save your money! read more

I went to the store located at 112 Hwy 17 South in Myrtle Beach. I was looking for a vape and had never owned one before so I had a lot of questions. Conner, who the working at the time I was there, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. He took the time to explain the differences in the choices they had in the shop and even set it up for me before I left the store. Thanks Conner! I will definitely be back! read more

I'm under the assumption that don't service African Americans here so please don't go spend your dollars here! My family and I are visiting Myrtle Beach this weekend and we just visited this place probably about an hour ago and I must say I've never been more disrespected and degraded by a cashier in my life! It was a group of maybe 8 of us, coming in to shop, the female cashier never acknowledged us or even greeted us. A Caucasian woman walked in right after us and was serviced immediately while we were still at the counter waiting to be serviced. Then when I walked up to her greeting her and also to inquire she stared at me blankly, never replying and directing the woman to walk around us to be serviced. Upon receiving and noticing the treatment we were receiving, I told my family that we were leaving then I was called a BITCH on my way out right in front of the Caucasian customer who she was servicing and also apologized to for cursing in front of! I'm was NOTHING BUT NICE TO THIS WOMAN AND FOR HER TO DISRESPECT ME LIKE THAT! SHE BETTER BE LUCKY I WAS ON VACATION AND DIDN'T WANT TO GO TO JAIL FOR SMACKING HER IN HER FACE!! THEY ARE RACIST AND NEED TO DO BETTER!!! I WILL ALSO BE LETTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU KNOW ABOUT THIS DISCRIMINATION AS WELL! read more

Not a huge selection of premium juice but the employees there were cool and helped me get a new coil and some juice. They don't sell individual coils but that's probably better for the long run anyways. Don't remember the guys name but he had stretched ears, he was the man. read more

I visited the store on 12/16/2018 to purchase a vape. The gentleman that waited on me was very helpful as I am a fairly new vape user. The experience was very good until payment time. I handed him my visa credit card and he informed me that there was a surcharge for using a credit card. I informed him that it was against Visa's policy to implement a surcharge for credit card use, and if someone complained to Visa, it would affect their business. I did complete my purchase, sad to say. read more

Just stopped by today to grab a couple sticks. They have a good selection that are very well maintained.

I thought this was just another smoke shop but when i walked in I was pleasantly surprised.... They have EVERYTHING! They have the best E-Cig selection.....The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable and the entire store has a great vibe about it. read more

Employee was extremely rude & we will not be returning. Judging by her attitude, didn't seem like she wanted to be at work. We ended up going down the road to a store called VaVaVape and though their merchandise selection wasn't as large, we found what we needed and more. And the employees at VaVaVape were super friendly & helpful. read more
