My favorite is to watch the weekly and July 4 fireworks over the summer. Its a fun free activity to walk around, listen to live music at The Hangout, and people watch. It is catered to tourists so there are many stands and shops for trinkets and souveniers, temporary tattoos, icees, ice cream, candy, cookies. There is an aquarium, zip line, carousel, Wonderworks, mini golf course. The entire loop is 1 mile with 2 bridges across the lake for short cuts. Plenty of parking lot spots.

The Arcadian I is very nice for families and couples as it is so safe and has such easy access to the beach with the best view's...the ocean is right there guys! 1E has an awesome set up with a king in the first bedroom and a queen / twin in the second. There is even a pull out couch we have taken advantage of on occasion. The beach is less crowded which we have enjoyed for beach activities. We have already planned our return trip!
