    I purchased my sectional four years ago and years ago and the arm of one side is concave. The…read morefabric, which was a custom order is pilling so bad it looks like it is twenty years old. I just tried to go to their website and they provide no way to contact them in regards to this or the "warranty" information on getting these issues resolved. Although I loved the sectional at first it has lost all of its shape in the cushions and the pilling is horrible. This couch is not overly used or abused. If anyone received service from them is there a link? After paying over $3000 for this item I expected it to last and have value beyond four years. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    On 10 Aug 2010 we purchased a Bauhaus living room set (sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman / GO5U 10,…read more30, 41, 80) from Macy's at Clackamas, OR. When purchased, we had high hopes these recommended products would serve our family as advertised; comfortably and reliably. Unfortunately, almost from Day One, these products for which we paid nearly $3,000.00 have failed to perform under minimal to normal household use. To date, the sofa's frame has required repair and six of six seat cushion cores have failed before and after repair. Compounding matters has been the unresponsiveness of the Bauhaus Warranty Department as it took nearly a year of phone calls and e-mails to receive a response for our first warranty claim. Now, less than 12 months after our apparent initial remedy, we again under nominal use have product failure and complete manufacturer unresponsiveness to our phone and e-mail inquiries. This is unacceptable as what we have is: 1. Poor quality products; 2. Poor customer service.
