Ryan Wagner was fantastic to work with for both our original mortgage and later refinance. He made…read morethe entire home buying process smooth, fast, and easy. Ryan has a deep understanding of the interest rate market and took the time to clearly explain the numbers and options so my wife and I could easily understand everything. One thing that really stood out was how well he worked with our real estate agent. Ryan helped us structure a strong offer while competing against 16 other buyers, and he was instrumental in helping us close on our first home in just 16 days. The underwriting process was surprisingly simple compared to the horror stories we heard from friends and family working with other lenders. When it came time to refinance, Ryan made that process just as seamless and was able to lower our monthly mortgage payment. He truly makes the lending process straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommend working with him.

We were referred to Ryan, and from our very first conversation we knew we were in good hands. Ryan was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through every step of the lending process, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure we understood our options. There were no surprises and no confusion. Everything was laid out upfront. What really stood out was his communication. He kept us informed throughout the entire transaction and moved quickly whenever something needed attention. In a competitive market, that kind of responsiveness makes a big difference. Our loan closed on time, exactly as promised. Ryan made what could have been a complicated and overwhelming experience feel smooth and manageable. If you are buying, selling, or refinancing, I highly recommend Ryan with United Wholesale. He operates with integrity, professionalism, and a high level of expertise. We are grateful we had him on our side.

My experience with Tam at My1040 was deeply frustrating and unprofessional…read more My 2024 tax return was rejected by the IRS, and I was never proactively informed. I only discovered there was an issue after months of delay when the IRS could not locate my return in their system. When I requested written clarification about what had been filed, when it was transmitted, and why it was rejected, I received vague and dismissive responses instead of documentation or clear answers. Key concerns: I was not provided confirmation of whether a corrected return was filed properly. No transmission or rejection documentation was initially provided. My name was misspelled on the return -- something that should have been caught before filing. The only written explanation I received at one point was "IT WAS REJECTED." Requests for secure instructions to resend identification documents went unanswered. Communication was curt, defensive, and lacking basic professionalism. I was told the return was prepared "as a courtesy." Regardless of payment, once someone agrees to prepare and file a federal tax return, accuracy, transparency, and accountability are expected. A courtesy does not justify errors, delays, or failure to clearly communicate filing status. Tax preparation requires attention to detail and responsible follow-through. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I cannot recommend this business to anyone who expects clear communication and professional handling of sensitive financial matters.
