Meanwhile a very good local agent saved my policy by working to the last minute taking photos for the Nationwide insurance company. These people are not active in the field and send out people that take photos of neighbor's properties that In my humble opinion make it look like the hazards are on my property. Very misleading for insurance companies. My private insurance man worked closely with Nationwide and they specified what else needed to be done updating photos as we went along up until the hours before I was cancelled.

I forgot to communicate to her that the closing was delayed one last time and she called because the policy was cancelled.
