We were told that a specific car we were leaning towards was on the lot and ready for us to look at. Upon arrival the car wasn't even there they said someone had leased it. So we took the other car for a test drive. I noticed the backseat was dirty. When it came to negotiation morris the sales associate was able to work the number down he was very polite and kind. The manager Ryan on the other hand was noticeably passive aggressive and frustrated when we brought to his attention that we were not paying the price of a new vehicle, on a clearly used one.

I tell them, there was an issue before I left with it and I was told it was fixed, obviously not. Someone just put a charge on it and let me leave with it knowing something was wrong. On top of it, it was not even put into the system that anything was done at all. I have texts as proof yet they still refuse to service it for me. He literally had it for one full day and was able to diagnose and repair our truck when no one els could. If you need repairs done right by a real mechanic go to him, he is no dealership technician.
