It was a Sunday evening and this guy turned up at around ten to have a look. I won't go into detail but this guy faced every challenge with good humour and grace. We even drank tea together in the bathroom. His colleagues had to come back the following day, and I left them to it. When I came home everything was spotless. I thoroughly recommend them!
