The proctors are pretty friendly and helpful. I think I've had one issue with an exam at this location that I had to ask for assistance with. They have lock boxes for the items you can't take in the exam room and they either give you a key to the box or they lock the box in a closet. One real problem I had was last year but the manager went above and beyond for me. I was going out of town to visit some friends in Florida and had scheduled an exam for the day before I left. The evening before my exam there was a pretty significant thunderstorm that hit the area. I was contacted just 3 hours before my exam to say that the facility had sustained some water damage and that they were going to reschedule my test for a later date. Not sure if anyone is familiar with Prometric but they only allow you to change the date 24 hours ahead of the scheduled time. Luckily for me, the manager had contacted Prometric ahead of time and gave me a number to call and representative was able to reschedule me at a different location the same day which was awesome.
