    I cannot say enough good things about this place. Right off the bat, 5 stars…read more Some background: I broke my passenger side mirror (with camera) on my 2016 Honda CRV. I called the dealership where we bought it (and JUST paid it off this month!!!) to ask if there was a replacement I could get and how much. The gentleman at the dealership was every nice and made sure I was asking for the correct part, but when he told me the price, it was going to be $1000 just for the mirror and top cap, and that's not including labor. I was crestfallen. I just had to do some home repairs and don't have $1000+ for a new mirror. I googled for some places to get parts like Amazon and Advanced Auto, etc and while the prices were about half of what the dealer wanted, none of them had OEM Honda parts. They were third party, which doesn't always stack up in the quality department. Then I remembered that I could check with salvage yards and "pick a part" places. I came across A1-Rylie Auto Parts in the Dallas area and saw they had the exact part I needed, an official Honda part and in the color I needed - for $175!! I logged into their live chat and spoke with one of the representatives named Kevin M to ask some questions about it. Was the part in working order, do they ship, how much is shipping, is it scratched to hell, and so on. Kevin checked to see if the part was in stock, assured me that the part was pristine (it totally is) and gave me a grand total including shipping. He got back to me quickly, and answered all of my questions expertly. After we finished chatting, about an hour later I got an email from him with several high quality photos of the mirror assembly I ordered before he rung it up. He had a picture of each side, the camera, the mirror itself and a shot of the camera in the mirror working. He said he just wanted to be sure it was the part I need just in case there were any corrections needed. I told him that was exactly the part I needed, and then faxed in my order. I checked in about an hour later via their chat service to confirm the order was in and Kevin confirmed they had the order and that they would try their hardest to get the part out that day, if not the next. I requested a tracking number when it was shipped and was told I'd get one without a doubt. Keep in mind I placed the order YESTERDAY - 11/10/2022. This morning 11/11/2022, I was sent a UPS tracking number via email and thought to myself, "well this probably wont arrive until Monday at the earliest, but at least I've got the part I need with little effort." Cut to about 2PM this afternoon, Im sitting in my living room watching TV and there's a knock at the door, UPS had dropped off a package. I checked and sure enough, it was from Kevin at A-1 Rylie. Sure I live about 150 miles away so it's relatively close, but still, LETTERS take longer to arrive in the same town than this mirror did to arrive at my place. And the packaging? This thing could have survived a nuclear explosion it was so well packaged and protected. Heck, it almost took longer to unwrap the thing than it did to install it! I installed the new mirror without any issues, and now have a fully functioning passenger side mirror, AND I saved probably over $1000. TL;DR: Buy with confidence from A-1 Rylie. Excellent customer service, excellent and fast shipping, and GREAT prices on parts. Thanks so much Kevin and A1 Rylie!
