Multiple residence including myself complained to our park management that the pool was too hot and the Jacuzzi was cold, nothing was done about it after fighting with management the pool and Jacuzzi was closed for 3 to 4 days for repairs, the pool re-opened I went to use the newly opened pool and what I saw was discussing there was so much algae growing all around the tile the hole inside the pool that flushed into filters were thick and covered in algae when I put my hands on the brick trim to get out of the pool my hands slipped and were covered with green algae I showed management. A few days later I showed up at 6:30 am with my personal hand held brush and started scrubbing the algae when the guy showed up he had no idea what I was talking about as if he had no clue about scrubbing a pool then he asked me if I wanted him to finish the job and could he use my brush since he didn't own a brush like mine. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Why didn't he ever notice that the temperature on both the pool and Jacuzzi were way off for a minimum of a week, why didn't he ever notice the algae growing in the pool or had no clue about brushing the pool, he had the brush in his little pretty empty caddy, I am sure he added an over abundance of chlorine into the pool to get somewhat of a similar decent PH reading, I bought my own testing kit and it was bad about 76% far from perfect , however, once he finally cleaned the pool so it was noticeable I tested it again and I would give it a 93% close to perfect. I will continue to monitor the cleaning service (algae free) test daily, if I don't have to complain to our management or start doing the guys job and testing stay above the disgusting mark for the rest of the year I will gladly come back and update my rating, if it all goes back to disgusting any time prior I will come back and tell it all over again. It is a public safety issue and the City doesn't care. Pretty sad.
