Just read the real reviews all the 1 stars…read more No attention to their clients very slow to contact, the have gone through 2 secretaries since starting with this He clearly has too much on his hands

It has been almost a year since my surgery, and guess how many times I saw my surgeon after my…read moresurgery? NOT ONCE!! I tried to get a appointment with him, but no. I had a ton of problems related to this surgery, but the only person I was allowed to make a appointment with was Michael Yee, his nurse practitioner. I saw Michael and he looked at my MRI and X-ray and declared that my surgery was a success. (He read what the pathologist wrote.). Everything had healed properly. Ok, but what about the continued back pain, leg and foot pain? He had no clue,....BECAUSE HE WAS NOT A DOCTOR!! He thinks other parts of my spine and lower back are causing the pain because of the extra work those parts are now having to do. But it was just a guess, since....HE IS NOT A DOCTOR! He ordered some steroid injections and physical therapy. GUESS WHAT? They never called to schedule the injection procedure. So I called, twice, leaving a message with Michael Yee. NOTHING! I also sent emails. Two weeks past, then three. I finally got a email back from some unknown person who suggested that I call the place that does the injections. Ok, I call........ And guess what's? THEY NEVER CALLED BACK! 4 weeks later and I never heard shit from that place! I am done with those asshole in Sacramento. They have no respect for their patients and once your surgery is over, they are done with you no matter if you are still having issues or not. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO DR. FOX OR DR. SCHEIDERMAN.

It appears that Dignity group does not value my time, nor the time of their other patients, and…read morebecause they find no particular value in my time, they feel free to waste it liberally. Dealing with Dignity Health is a frustrating and chaotic experience at best, and at worst, your issues are faster and more easily addressed by driving to the office of the doctor you want to see. There are several sites and multiple specialties within the group, all served by a single call center that can only pass a message on tagged to your digital medical file. Although you may know precisely where your doctor works, the staff at that site do not have their own phone numbers to take a direct call. Today, I wasted roughly 25 minutes on hold trying to reach my doctor with a quetion about my post-operative care, eventually driving to his office just seven minutes away and finding that he had left the building 15 minutes earlier to handle an emergency at the hospital across the street. My question from yesterday remains unanswered, but fortunately, it seems that the issue may be resolving, slowly, but spontaneously. Dr. Bradley Digney is the surgeon who did my operation, and I can recommend him heartily and without reservations and would not hesitate to have him operate on me or my loved ones in the future should the need arise. Frankly, he deserves better services from the Dignity Health management even more than do I. The management seems to think that distancing the doctors from their patients with a call center is good, and they appear to know nothing about the Human Kindness that this bureaucracy claims to value. The practice of medicine is a human to human interaction, and should be respected and treated as such. Charles R. McCormick, MD

At each appt I have a short wait time and I am quickly seen. The doctor is very courteous, competent and quickly identified a potential diagnosis. Ordered diagnostics are conducted within a couple of weeks because my issues weren't life threatening. However each diagnostic was very thorough and personally performed by the doctor himself. I couldn't ask for a better doctor or facility. Diagnostics were performed nearby.

Do they actually engage in healthcare, or does the department simply hire people to turn patients away? Really terrible, and I will never refer patients there myself.

Please consider reaching out to Dr. Jonathan George at UCSF for head and neck surgery…read more He is here. https://www.ucsfhealth.org/providers/jonathan-r-george I was referred to him by another friend who had a more challenging case with her parathyroid. He's been doing parathyroid surgeries for a decade and he does 80-90 per year. He's a pro. He's a skilled surgeon and he will give an excellent clinical explanation of what's going on and what needs to be done. I'm a reporter by training and he answered my questions at length. He genuinely wants to see his patients improve. I was relieved by his confidence and experience. His administrative team is excellent and they move with efficiency and care for patients. Nancy is a wonderful part of his practice. This is a terrible disease. I am grateful for his skills and compassion. What a combination.
