Gabby and Emily were very warm and got started right away. They deep cleaned every surface imaginable, even things I had forgotten about. I was a little embarrassed about the state of my shower because the previous owner was elderly and I don't think it had been cleaned properly in years. I tried cleaning it for weeks and kept getting overwhelmed. I don't know what kind of sorcery they performed but it was nearly spotless when they left. They worked quietly most of the time since I WFH but they did come to me for a few check ins to ensure some items were cleaned to my satisfaction. After calling other companies I went with this company in particular because they don't seem to nickel and dime you to death. What I mean by that is it's it's a top to bottom cleaning. Other companies want to make you pay extra to clean the refrigerator, the oven, the window shades or the windows for example. However, when you're doing a move out I feel all that should be included. I understand different companies do it different ways but I do appreciate the way this company approaches their pricing. My advice would be to be very honest about the amount of square footage that you have in the level of upkeep that you maintained while living there. That makes it easier for them to assess how many man hours they will need to assign to your home. If you are not accurate in your assessment that means that they can't be accurate in pricing. The first time I used them I was very honest and they ended up having to stay a bit longer which meant I had to decide whether I wanted to pay more. I'll be honest, that didn't thrill me. But the job was done well and overall I was very happy with the outcome. They do also provide carpet cleaning for an additional charge. For a move out this was perfect. The guy that does the carpet is excellent. He really takes time and pays attention to detail and what you are telling him. No one company is perfect in this company definitely probably could benefit from some more organization within the home office. Scheduling seemed to be an issue both times but they did come when they agreed to come even though they may have wanted to reschedule things. So I appreciate them overcoming whatever obstacle was in their way so that I could get my cleaning done. Point-blank... the job was done well.
