I normally don't leave negative reviews, but as a business owner your identity and reputation…read moreshould be your most protected asset. Not lies and deception and that's what I got from Yahir. A broken promise and lies about his ability to help, which is fine, but he gave me a commit that he broke. It's one thing to say you can't do something, but to not respond, and just say no, is the reason for this negative review. There are not many cleaning companies in Pauls Valley, so this review may fall on deaf ears, he may be the only player in town. But if you can find someone on your bench, more dependable that Yahir, please check. This outfit is a joke! Sad you have to give one star when some companies do absolutely NOTHING!

Gabby and Emily were very warm and got started right away. They deep cleaned every surface imaginable, even things I had forgotten about. I was a little embarrassed about the state of my shower because the previous owner was elderly and I don't think it had been cleaned properly in years. I tried cleaning it for weeks and kept getting overwhelmed. I don't know what kind of sorcery they performed but it was nearly spotless when they left. They worked quietly most of the time since I WFH but they did come to me for a few check ins to ensure some items were cleaned to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend their services and their staff is welcome in my home anytime!

So many areas that were routinely missed before are now being done. I noticed after them cleaning yesterday that they even wiped down/cleaned areas in the WIC, even on top of the mini fridge which is covered with picture frames, this area was never touched before! The walk in shower is TWICE as clean as it has ever been in years. Tressie and Wesley have to be the most pleasant and polite house cleaners I've ever met in my 60 years of life and Jen in the office is just the sweetest and sooooo easy to work with! The cleaning staff are uniformed, clean, polite, courteous and super efficient. Jen in the office has never done anything but go above and beyond to keep us happy. Lisa is the owner but most of my contact is with Jen and she's going to try to make you happy, no matter what. Highly recommend this company. They are great and very affordable as well as having great staff!

As a disabled 100 % Veteran who served our country for 46 years I was hoping their service would be at least equal to mine. I would leave no stars but had to have at least one. Well it's 5pm and Maid OK failed to show to address issues from missed areas. I guess their Satisfaction Guaranteed is a myth because I'am definitely not satisfied with their service and they just blew me off. Anyone know a great maid service I can call?
