What a HORRIBLE PLACE!! They made an upper denture. The wax try in came in exactly like the…read morehorrible one I was trying to replace. I wanted it replaced because the teeth were too small. On the wax try in "Dr." Crummey made some marks and scanned it again. The permanent one came in with 2 extra teeth. It is too big and too long causing me sinus issues. After arguing with Crummey, I was passed over to "Dr." Ty Bennet (who has about 5 yrs of experience), he solution was to reline it. Of course it is still too big and too long since it still has the 2 extra teeth. Their solution was to dismiss me, when it should have been remade. They don't stand behind their work!! They only care about making money! The horrible lab they use charges them $129 to make the denture. They robbed me of $1800 for something that can't be worn. AVOID THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

This office is a total scam. They're totally ripping off my mother. She's been in about three times…read morenow for a basic cleaning, and they have yet to finish that task. They keep telling her it is an extensive, deep cleaning without giving her a price list or service sheet in advance as is the norm with most dental offices. With each subsequent visit, there have been additional excuses as to why one basic cleaning is taking so long. Today, she was told that they only cleaning half her teeth and that she will have to return again for the rest. What?! That is not what she was told when the appointment was made. On top of that, they refused to bill her dental insurance. When she called her insurance company after the visit, she was told to file a grievance because the office should have done a basic cleaning to begin with and this visit would not be covered. Today's visit was over $300 out of pocket. Additionally, the receptionist has been very rude to my mother. A complaint to the lady who said she was over everyone in the office made no difference.

Dr. Lucas explains what he is going to do, there is little to no wait time, and he is just a great guy that happens to be a great dentist. With Dr. Lucas and his assistant's demeanor, I'd also highly recommend him for children. Also, if you are a person that is concerned about dentists using possible toxic materials in their teeth. Rest easy. Dr. Lucas uses none of that stuff. I love his staff as well! Shout out to Miss Faye who has cleaned my teeth my entire life. She watched me grow up, and I love her to pieces. I highly recommend him and his staff 100 percent for all ages!
